Harris Scarfe Highpoint (Homewares, Manchester & Apparel)

It's my favorite Harris store in High point, a huge variety of quality products including garments, crokery, bed sheets and everyday items. You can always find a bargain, the store layout and vibe is pretty and spacious isles. Great customer service.

I was just served by Serena and Charlotte at the Maribyrnong shop. Their dedication, professionalism, kindness and attentiveness was above and beyond what I expected. I also congratulate them both on their communication and team work to resolve my faulty product issue. I will definitely be returning to Harris Scarfe again. They are an asset to this company!

A visit this morning and Jana (spelling?) was superbly helpful and a delightful person. She then called Nicole to help us with a query and Nicole was also brilliantly helpful.

I enjoy shopping at Harris Scarfe for their excellent variety of homewares at reasonable prices. They also stock good quality bed linen. You are pretty much always guaranteed to walk out with a bargain.

That was a great shopping centre I attend on the weekends with my family.

It was crazy busy there due to sale during festive season. I was looking for Smith and Nobel Hudson cutlery set which ran out of the store. An elderly lady employee's service was commentable. She rang other HS stores to find out if it was there despite being so busy. Unfortunately it ran out of other nearby stores as well. She gave me other wise options as well. HS stores highpoint, you can't afford to lose her!!!

I wanted a second item I'd bought on sale a few weeks ago. The sale was over but they gave it to me at the same price. Very helpful and friendly staff.
