After relocating to Leopold I now attend this clinic. The reception staff are delightful both on the phone and in person and the doctors I've seen are all very good and the wait time has been minimal. Dr Helen Dyett has a lovely manner and very knowledgeable.

Best doctors clinic I've ever been to. I see Dr McCartney who is soo helpful. My chronic illness can be a little tricky and we navigate it together. She's very open to listening and learning and invests time in growing her knowledge to support me (and others with similar illness). Just what you want in a doctor.

I have been to many GPs over the years and upon recommendation and newly moving to Leopold I have been seeing Anne Kibby, she is absolutely beautiful and listens to everything I have to say. I feel very hopeful. Thank you.

Really wonderful experience with Dr Kibby today. After a string of unfortunate GP turn over at my last medical clinic I decided to transfer to Kensington medical. I left my appt feeling confident I was on the right track for my health concern an actually felt heard! I know that might sound silly but iykyk. Dr Kibby was so supportive and kind, it was to date the most pleasant DR office experience I’ve had. reception staff were very friendly also. Thankyou.

I have been coming here for nearly 24 years all the Doctors are fantastic & reception ladies are awesome my children & grandchildren have also had quite a few visits here over the years.
I have traveled from Clifton Springs , Lara , Inverleigh & Corio just to see Doctors here.
Some would say it is a long way just to see a Doctor but that is how much l recommended them you find a good one you will travel.

Always thorough and respectful. I have been attending this clinic for over 30 years and would not go elsewhere.

Exceptional service by Dr. Andrew Cox. The type of investigation and respectful advice I have not come across in a long time. Other doctors here are also outstanding in my experience - Stephen Wride, Tudor Jones, Annette Steel. Thank you

My primary medical clinic of choice

After covid, this clinic has gone 👎down. The older staff at front desk, rude. They swap and change appointments without any notice. They fail to inform you changes of appointments (Ralene). More often than not, get your appointment wrong.
I also detect a little racism. If they don't like you for any reason, they will make your attendance, uncomfortable. You know that they want you to leave the clinic and will try anything to make you want to leave.

Dr Anne Kibby. I came in very worried about a lesion that hadn't heeled on my face. You really didn't care and didn't give me any solutions other then refer me to a specialist where there was a 14 month waiting list. I called you twice for a referral to somewhere else. You never returned my call. I did my own research and found a specialist in Geelong that could see me within a week. Turns out it is probably cancerous and waiting 14 months could have certainly been devastating. Biopsy results in 2 weeks. I may then consider consulting a lawyer for malpractice.

Was away on holiday for a week ended up with high blood pressure and a sty in my eye. Walked in to see a doctor , first was asked if i have a cough, cold or flu like symptoms i said no. She the receptionist then said we only take locals and you need to make an appointment to see a doctor Tomorrow. I walked out . Shame on you!!

Not helpful, very rude reception.
