We went into Helloworld to plan our Honeymoon not too sure what we wanted to do, but we had some ideas. Katie helped us to plan our trip, recommended accommodation, flights, cruises, etc. We had the most fabulous honeymoon! I highly recommend Helloworld, Sunbury.

I have dealt with 20 - 30 different travel agents over the years spread across a number of agencies and have found Paola at Helloworld Sunbury to be truly exceptional. She thinks about our plans and makes constructive suggestions on how each trip might be made better and/or cheaper. I have now used Paola exclusively for the past seven years and cannot see any reason why I would change. Paola also goes way beyond the call of duty, handling requests after hours and on weekends.

The pandemic caused a significant load on Travel Agents, following up credits and re-booking, and the staff would have spent many hours more per travel event than in the past. Once travel was available again there would have been a huge backlog of work. Staff were still smiling and going about their business as best they could and providing the service we have come to expect at Helloworld Sunbury.

Katie our travel agent at helloworld booked our trip to Europe. She was very organised and listened to our wants within the trip and was happy to change any arrangements. She was very fast at replying and helped us with all of our queries. Would definitely recommend :)

Highly recommend Helloworld. The planning, booking and the holiday itself is always stress free. I love that we can contact Paola, give her an idea of the type of holiday we are after, and she comes back with the best recommendations on restaurants, accommodation, activities etc. Also, the communication is fantastic.
