BWS Highpoint West

I received exceptional service from a staff member named Nick... I purchased two bottles of red and he was extremely knowledgeable and I went with his recommendation.
I hope he is acknowledged by woolworths! You can tell he loves his job he genuinely wanted to help, hard to find staff like that.

First visit last Saturday (19/11) afternoon and the guy working there was brilliant! He was genuinely interested in making sure everyone found what they were looking for, gave me 2 awesome suggestions and was generally lovely and welcoming, even though it got pretty busy in there. Great customer service!

Korean Sochu, plum wine and great range here and there. SELTZER is massive. Some great wines.

Super helpful and kind staff. Dropped a bottle of whiskey just outside the store (whilst dodging a cart) and it broke. Staff offered to replace it at no charge.

They have lots of brands in liquor. I also found a specific rum from South America which is rare.
