Hype DC Highpoint

I went into store looking for OG Sambas with the green stripe and was stoked they had my size! Aimee was so helpful and suggested trying on a half size smaller which was fab. She gave me great advice about protecting the suede too.

A few weeks ago I left a 1 star rating for the Hype DC at QV due to their terrible customer service. But the experience I had today at the Highpoint store was the opposite. The man who served me and my partner (I think his name is Caleb?) was very professional, helpful, and patient even when we kept asking to try different things. We ended up finding the shoes we needed and making the purchase. Well done to him and the team.

We went to this store in attempt to find some shoes after a really bad experience at Hype DC Melbourne CBD. Unlike the staffs at the CBD store, staffs at High Point store were all really friendly and helpful, especially Caleb. I’ve tried on many pairs and had quite a few questions and Caleb was very patient and helpful. The lady staff there was also friendly and assisted us through out our time there.

We came in at Christmas time and it was very busy. My partner and I were served by Therese - the bubbliest and kindest girl we have ever met. She was so helpful and friendly and made our very stressful shopping endeavour fun and stress free. Thank you Therese for giving us unbelievable service during the busiest time of the year. We left with a great pair of shoes and a wonderful experience.

Went in on Monday, and received excellent service from a worker named noah He was so helpful and patient, and i left with a great pair of shoes for my son! A1 customer service, will be back again :)

I can’t praise the store manager Therese high enough. She was so accommodating & helpful on the day. But above everything nothing was too hard and did everything with a smile on her face. What an incredible service and will definitely going back to Hype thanks to Therese.

Sarah was so helpful and freindly, while also serving other customers. I tried on a range of shoes and she made sure I got the right ones.

There was a $10 discrepency on the amount charged compared to the pricetag on a product I purchased from them and they swiftly and professionally refunded me the difference without question. Well done Hype DC and thankyou.
