The lady with the black hair that is working today was very rude and spoke about me behind my back giving judgemental looks. My daughter and I asked for help with costume sizes and she rudely brushed us off with "no" "not here" attitude. BLUNT, RUDE, NOT KIND and NOT FRIENDLY. Like a previous reviewer posted... "A smile would not hurt".

The shop assistant with the black straight hair, past the shoulder, always tied back, please know you have no personality and no customer service...Three times I have been served by you and I can say now that you do an injustice being there for your fellow colleagues!

My mum and I come often and spend money there, but after todays experience, will now only enter when you are not there!

You are all about getting your work done, but the clients are an essential part of your job!

A smile would not hurt!
