Had the most wonderful body treatment and massage experience at this beautiful day spa and the beauty therapist was not only incredibly friendly and skilled but respectful and insuring I was comfortable and non time pressured at any time during my visit. Will definitely be going back

Such a gorgeous location and beautiful calming atmosphere within the spa and the treatment room.

Such lovely products used, my skin has NEVER felt this soft.

Amazingly calming facial massage techniques.

Just an all around beautiful hour to get me ready for the work week ahead.

I love Lakes Entrance and now have a place to go when ever I am back in town!

They squeezed me in for a 30 minute facial on day 2 of my trip. Best facial I’ve had. Very calming setup. Friendly, professional, skilled staff. Included a bonus hand and foot soak and massage. Highly recommend

I had a hot stone massage and a 60 minute facial this week and it was so incredibly relaxing. Crystal is a great beautician/therapist and I would highly recommend booking in for a treatment.

Ive been to many many places for a massage, but nothing compared to this. Almost fell asleep it was that relaxing. Thanks so much Crystal, I'll be back next holiday!

I had the stress less package and felt like a goddess walking out of there. Sssooo happy with my experience. Staff are brilliant and create a beautiful space for you to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place.

Great massages by the therapists for me and my friend 🙂 very good, well worth the time spent, any longer and I would have fallen asleep in the room 😐🙂

Would be nice if they offer variety of tea serve or tea that suits the taste of all instead of liqourice tea. Booked for 90mins massage but it wasn’t worth it, the therapist was in/out of the room. I dozed off due to tiredness from long drive but woke up in between and can remember the therapist just came back from outside. I think for the duration of my massage, therapist went in/out 3times. Booked 12nn to 1:30PM, therapist started massage around 12:10nn until 1:20PM plus with her going in and out in between. Room was not dim as well and little bright. The massage pressure was good though and background music, explains 2⭐ rating.

Had a package gifted to me for my birthday, showed up at my appointment time that I had confirmation emails for, to be told they couldn't find my booking. I was offered to come back if someone cancelled, but I wasn't travelling another 1hr round trip. So just got a refund instead.
The girls were apologetic and nice.
However my day is ruined as I got my baby looked after especially for this treatment that I was really looking forwards.
Won't be going back.
