Kind, personable and professional. The reception even looked after my 13 month old whilst I had my most recent clean! Can't fault this practice!

The dentists are caring and gentle and made even my husband to lose the fear of dentists (no more being ashamed of holding an adult's hand at the room heheheheh). They really see you as a person and not only one more client. Amazing skilled professionals that are kind and warm. Perfect combination in the field!

Mark and his team were absolutely FANTASTIC!. They made my tooth extraction a pleasant experience. Mark was so caring, he talked me through every step of the removal, his dental nurse was also wonderful. They make a great team.

Love this dentist! So awesome and welcoming whether it’s your first time or subsequent visits. They are all friendly, welcoming and gentle. They explain everything, look at saving your teeth rather than pulling them out. There ar eno judgements. I am so glad I found them.

I couldnt recommend these dentists high enough. The quality of the staff and technicians here are amazing and very forthcoming with great advice. Conor in particular is by far the best dentist I've ever had. Worth the trip from Melbourne for sure!! A++

My father and I both saw Dr Conor O'Kane, and were very impressed.
We were not pressured into having unnecessary/expensive treatment and we were treated very well.

Rude and unprofessional experience with dentist Megan. Did not listen to what my partner was saying and her tone changed immediately when my partner declined the services that were offered after being told "it was his decision".
Have email advising him to still come in for his appointment after asking if it should be rescheduled due to the radiologist no longer accepting walk ins and appointment for xray has been made for a later date. When this information was provided to Megan, it was dismissed immediately and my partner was told no that's wrong, it is walk ins. Actually, Lake Imaging have changed their policy and no longer accept walk ins - the email we have from reception acknowledges that the clinic has not yet been updated with this policy. Megan insinuated it was pointless being there without the xray even though we asked the question and were told to come in for an examination and it would be fine. Have now paid for a consultation in which nothing was done.
Megan's attitude and tone were dismissive, rude and patronising.

A very disappointing and below standard visit. Best words to describe treatment are inept and incompetent.
