I have stayed in Black Swan Motor Inn every year for the past 3 years and every year there are improvements to the place.The place is situated in a great location. The prices are very reasonable. You cannot expect to pay such reasonable prices and get top rated accommodation. Best service I have received by Mona & David at their Motel Black Swan in Lakes Entrance. Lovely pool with our room was fully furnished & the cost was with in our budget. I wish all the best to both husband and wife for future clients. Whenever we come back here again we will stay again here.

Overall a rating of 3 to 4. Good Location Stayed for 7 nights over the Australia Day weekend. Pool was closed. Rooms are tired and need a freshen up but they are clean and the the motel was quiet. About a 10 minute walk to the foot bridge, parking in front of the room made it easy to unload the car. we had 2 rooms with a double bed room and bunks and single bed for 3. If you are after a reasonably priced place and your expectation is for a clean room this will suffice. If you are after something more modern then you need to look elsewhere.

Very good place to be.... lady in reception is very polite, helpful and energetic.

Swimming pool wasn’t working but kids had fun on the play ground.Barbeque area was neat and tidy.

Clean, neat and tidy rooms, we enjoyed our stay. Air con was working and there was no complain from our end.

Very nice hotel, stayed here for 2 nights and very clean when we arrived. Beds were neatly tidied and plenty of room. Only thing I found wrong was the pool was very dirty, the playground was unsanitary and the bathroom was very small.
