Echo Beach Tourist Park

A really lovely, small caravan park one street back from the main street.
The people are really friendly, bathrooms really clean and our daughter loves the guinea pigs and rabbits. There is a lovely pool too. It is wonderfully quiet and small, just what we needed. Full wifi and literally a 4 minute walk to the main street without any noise. It's our first time here to this caravan site but we would absolutely come back here again.

"There are 2 sides to every story " I am writing in relation to a review I read on Echo Beach Tourist Park by a Walter Mueller and his Very rude wife. It was cup weekend just gone. My husband and I were guests at the park along with a lot of other lovely families.
We were sitting on the verandah of the cabin when a large Motorhome, car and trailer pulled up on the site infront of us. From the moment the woman got out of the car she started to whinge to her husband and did this continually over the days.
The "Campfire" they complained about was 'One' very safe Firepit on one night being shared by various guests, who were very quiet and there was absolutely No danger to anything.
The next morning when the male owner of the camp walked around the park he was bailed up by Walter's wife who immediately started to abuse him about the fire etc and very rudely chopping her hand down into her other hand while she was yelling at the owner. She would not listen at all, he remained extremely calm and in the end walked off. My husband and I were disgusted in her behaviour.
That evening the lady owner, approached Walter and his wife to try to have a discussion with them about their concern over the firepit the previous night. This rude woman immediately started to yell at the owner and again started chopping her hand onto the other hand, close up at the owner who remained calm. The rude woman then went just inside her van and swore at the owner.
At that point the lady owner informed Walter and the rude woman that they had to leave the park by 10 am the following morning and handed them refund money. Again she was rude but the owner calmly walked away.
We have stayed at Echo Beach a number of times over the past 15 yrs and it has always been clean, friendly and a wonderful place to stay.

Great cabins very basic but still equipped with everything you’d need. Pricing was also great cheap and affordable especially if it is a longer stay. Close to shops and everything else you’d wanna see while in Lakes Entrance.

Spent the whole weekend here for my father in law’s birthday getaway and we all loved this place. Our kids had the best time and loved swimming in the pool and they had other things like games, books and movies in the 4 bedroom house that kept them entertained while inside.

Would definitely stay here again

A comfortable and clean place to stay. We only stayed one night on our way back to Melbourne but I would stay here again. My mum and I stayed in a cabin with our dog. Our dog, Lena, loved meeting the rabbits and guinea pigs! It was her first time meeting them and she was thrilled.
It's very close to the main strip where there are a wide variety of restaurants. You just have to remember a lot of places close at 8pm. We hadn't realised that but we still got a tasty takeaway Italian meal.

We loved our stay at Echo Beach, we brought our 2 dogs and month old daughter! Received a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom which was so lovely and unexpected but made the world of difference with bub! We were also able to have a cot hire.

We will 100% be back, thank you 🙌

Great place to stay! Close to shops/clubs and beach. Very clean and tidy and nice owners who are there if you need something but also leave you in peace. So good that you can bring your dog and they can have a nice holiday too!

Me and Jan spent 3 nights in cabin 41,for our 23 anniversary, Jacky and Brian were our hosts and were great,even a bottle of wine for us to celebrate.the cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed,even a fence around it to let our dog ellie have a run around,highly recommend echo beach caravan park ,very friendly,close to everything and nice and quite,thanx again Richard and Jan

My partner and I have stayed here twice now, once in a cabin and once with a pop top camper. Both times have been fantastic! It's a small and cosy park and the owners are so lovely and accommodating. Facilities are always clean and as it's small you don't have to wait to get a shower! Super hot water too😊 Short walk to the shops and beach. Will definitely stay here in the future and reccomend others do too!

The place was really nice and modern. At night it was nice and quiet. The owner is a really sweet person and helped with everything. Really recommend staying there.

Owners are so lovely and nothing is too much bother, very clean and tidy park with everything we need! Park and animals are definitely a highlight for our toddler.

I stayed here for over two months on a work assignment and the experience was fantastic. The Cabin was absolutely excellent, great value for money. Cherie and Leigh were incredible hosts and made me feel extremely welcome. Overall an experience I'll carry with me indelibly. Best accommodation in Lakes Entrance without question.

We stayed here for 3 nights, Saturday-Tuesday, in unit 42. The unit was clean & had everything we needed (plus more), the staff are friendly and the overall vibe is fun. Location is great, close to lots of things, and a short walk away from 90 Mile Beach. Would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Lakes Entrance again :)

Great little pet friendly caravan park, we all loved our stay. Lovely new cabins, clean bathroom facilities and walking distance to town. Will definitely be back.
