Cheap A$ Discount Variety Store

Lots of stock, very reasonable prices, lovely service.
Also this Shop had Australia Day 🇦🇺 stock so we could buy Australia Day stuff to celebrate Australia Day!!! You know; something all shops in Australia SHOULD DO!

Good $2 shop recommend by another store for birthday cards. You would only need up to $3 for a birthday card and could get an Australian made with quality. Good size for the population of Lakes. Great location. Just not sure what other stock is like and that's why I removed a star, can change it to 5 if I visit the store more often. Will come back if I go to Lakes again.

This morning I walked in to browse the store, while I was there a customer requested a refund on a product that was faulty after one use, after a lengthy conversation between the employee, management and customer, management refused to provide the simple refund, instead the provided deplorable language towards the customer. I caught up with the customer once she left the store (without her refund) and she was visibly upset and extremely hurt by the actions from this store. Very disappointing to see. “Cheap a$ customer service”

Worst shop, worst customer service. RUDE RUDE RUDE…. I cannot imagine how is this shop even open with such pathetic service … the lady on the counter is the most pathetic person I have ever met…. This shop needs to shut down
