Bought a retractable dog lead, it didn’t work from the second I opened it. The refund policy was totally obscured from view, but I was told I probably wouldn’t have read it anyway, and once the package was opened, I couldn’t return it regardless. Even though I took it back within half an hour, had to argue and wait for a call to the manager to get my money back! Absolutely abhorrent service

The owners are so disrespectful and rude.
Everything in the shop is more expensive then it should be. I don’t understand why it’s called a $2 shop when everything’s pricey. I wouldn’t recommend the place.
