The best doctors in the area. The receptionists are so caring and willing to help in anyway they can. The doctors are all different, with different areas they specialise in.
Plus having a nurse on site, helps with needing to get blood tests done urgently.
I won’t go anywhere else.

Had such a great experience with Doctor Farzin in this clinic. I saw Dr Farzin for cosmetic purposes and was extremely pleased with the patience and the care he provided throughout the process. I'm very particular with what I want and he gave me the time to listen and understand my needs. he then came up with the best strategies to deal with my issues. No more insecurities about my lines and wrinkles, thanks to Dr Farzin ! I recommend him to everyone.. 100 out of 100.

I always have a good experience with Chirnside Family Clinic the staff are always friendly and we love the doctors there, especially Dr Shafiei who we have been seeing for a few years now!

Dr. Thushari Weerakoon Is absolutely the most amazing doctor I respect her as a doctor and person .she is my family doctor not only for me but for my children and now grandchildren I couldn’t recommend her more if your after a doctors that is amazing at her job and is also caring and family Orientated look no further also the Beautiful women, that work at reception are so helpful and friendly always asking how I am and how the family are is icing on the cake I I do miss Nicole from reception, but I hope she’s well and enjoying her retirement

Brilliant clinic. I followed Dr Stephen Lim here. The place is clean and modern. Yes there can be long waits but it means the doctors take their time with you, not rush you through like some bulk billing practices. Very happy with reception staff and the 'track your place in queue' feature is great! 🙂

We have been visiting this clinic since we moved to this locality and consulted mainly with Dr. Yeganeh Shafiei and Dr. Bill Xie and they both are caring, experienced and passionate, to summarize they are simply exceptional!

Even the members at the reception are great to deal with.

Nicole and Sarah and all the doctors are doing a great job . Always easy going and able to answer your questions . I am not sure why lot of people are complaining . I have been seeing doctors here at chirnside park family clinic since I moved from Adelaide and never had an issue . Keep up the good work .

Dr Bill Bing Xie is one of the best doctors that I have ever met. Nurse Emily is fantastic too.

Fantastic Practice with great doctors, equipt with a nurse as well who is also lovely and caring.
The doctors listen to my concerns as well as I had a blood test result that they were not happy with the results so I got called imediaitly to come in.
Very convenient that they are also open on Sundays which is initially how I found the clinic.
Would recommend to anyone and I have recommended to family and friends.

Our family have been with Dr Stephen Lim since 2005 when my late mum had a nerve compression ended up her being bed ridden. Dr Lim has always been a very caring and compassionate doctor to every of his patients not just my family. This is why, whenever he has moved to another clinic we would just follow him.

“Long wait” in a clinic is quite normal as I could see it’s happening not just only in Chirnside Park Family Practice.. but also in many other clinical practice of medical areas such as Dental clinic, Hearing n optometrist clinic , Eye Specialist Clinic and so forth. I have also had experiences waiting for more than 1/2 hours in other clinics but we have to understand that some medical cases are slightly more complicated and time consuming therefore doctors might take longer time to attending the patient than others. Occasionally we might come into a situation as such that we need to wait for long. But we must not make judgement and jump into any conclusion that it’s always happening to us.

Nonetheless, it’s within one’s rights to make a move if felt personally dissatisfied with any services provided.

Today I needed an urgent Telehealth appt- due to being very unwell. The GP called on time and assisted me- provided me with everything I needed and I already feel better. Thanks so much for providing a great service it’s much appreciated.

Always have had trouble finding a regular clinic/GP and the doctors plus receptionists are very understanding and caring. Glad I found this clinic, will be my regular GP from now on 😌

I started going to the chirnside clinic when I moved to Croydon. I have seen nearly every doctor over the years and have been happy each time but have to say Dr Yeganeh is my absolute favourite, she is so thorough, kind and always greets me with a warm smile. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Dr Yeganeh Shafiei. Extremely thorough and knowledgable in her treatment, also very welcoming and understanding. I have been looking around for a good doctor for some time - and she is definitely one of the best in the area.
