It is the people that make the difference. We ordered on the app and got Table Service. The waiter asked how our day was. We told him the truth, that my wife's mum was dying in hospital. He was very caring and empathetic. I was very impressed. Thank you. O and the food was delicious!

Never have I ever experience such high service at a McDonald's before. The customer service at this McDonald's is second to none, and I have little kids and am not local so I feel I can say this. Watching them double check my order before handing it over!

Good customer service and for our family of 6 and some picky eaters, our food arrived hot and well put together with nothing missing, (which ALWAYS happens at our local maccas even if when it’s ordered through the app) everything arrived as ordered. One of the best maccas we’ve been to.

It was hectic, the staff did okay under the pressure. Other people were having issues with their orders.
Ours on the other hand were spot on.
Hot, fresh and well constructed.
Reasonably quick considering.

This mcdonalds in shepparton is really good great service better coffee and better food would highly recommend

My fav Maccas! Today I ordered a $1 frozen drink thru the app, payment didnt go thru...the kind lady at the payment window said "dont worry" and they gave me the drink for no charge!

Great service, clear explanations of why the order took time and offered options that would speed up or order without pressure. Made sure all food was fresh with item that we had to wait for.

Shout out to the lady working the drive through window just after midnight tonight. Greatest customer service skills!

So great to have freshly cooked burgers, chips and nuggets! Seems unheard of at McDonald's these days but Shepparton North managed to serve us freshly cooked food that was still hot and not soggy which was great. One thing though - we selected 'eat in' from the self serve counter but food was given takeaway when there was no need for the extra packaging.

Always good ..just need to get fresh fries and it would be excellent
