The local Garraway family have an excellent business they can proudly attach their family name and reputation to. From the outset the salesman was honest, pointing out a fault in the lifted dashboard which he explained was due to only one clip holding down a long expanse, common with that car model. The 12 year old car was exceptionally well presented, as new, spotless inside and out, with one minuscule mark on the passenger door, which they had endeavoured to fix after another car door caused it prior to trade-in by the local lady owner. Clearly this car yard prides itself on presenting their cars well for its customers. The reasonably priced pre-purchase inspection conducted through Central Tyre Service unsurprisingly highlighted no concerns, but provided peace of mind in buying this competitively priced first car for my daughter. Paperwork was thoroughly explained and we were advised we could get tyres and parts through them more affordably than elsewhere if required. They explained one car remote was not working as well as the other, and when it failed to work soon after purchase, happily paid for a replacement car remote battery at Solar City Locksmiths to complete our favourable experience. My daughter is so excited and happy and I am proud to have found her such a great car the night before on their great website. We couldn't fault our experience, which was the direct opposite of our experience through Concept Cars Shepparton, who we will not deal with in future. We would not hesitate to buy a vehicle in future from Shepparton Motor Traders. Thanks for making the process easy and painless!

Not your typical pushy sales guys. Very polite, honest and ethical in the way they conduct their business. i not only found their vehicle prices to be extremely competitive but their finance packages are very sharp also compared to the local franchise dealers in town.
