I wish I'd used the one in Colliver rd they are nice I had to fax something 3 times and each time it was not recived at 15 a pop 1 time at Colliver rd and now a 250 deposit has gone missing I am dreading going back

The worst post office in Shepparton. Rudest indian ever. I dont even know why they are still open even so many complaints. They make it hard for everyone to collect parcels

I wish this Indian couple close the business! They really make ppl very very hard, we already provide legal document then she still asked another document to take the package. Like What forrrrrr?? And we couldn't get the package in time. Very rude and annoying. Please @aupost take their lisence bc they not reliable compare with another 2 aupost in shepparton

Worst service ever, the old guy never support customer and so rude!

They make it really difficult to pick up packages. I sometimes get things sent to my parents house as they are usually home. If I have to pick it up at this post office, they give me a hard time because my address is different on my licence (same name though). I even had my parents address on the front of my licence but that wasn't good enough either. While I was there, a guy came in to pick up a package and couldn't because it was addressed to the house next door. He explained that he owns both houses and rents one out, but still they wouldn't give him the parcel!
The Aussie guy who works there is the worst, and the guy that owns it is pretty bad.
The indian lady is lovely and helpful, but she's often not on. Saturday morning I've had her and never an issue

Very pathetic service and rude staff. I received email confirmation that my parcel has arrived, without even checking any of my details they argued that they don’t have any parcel received. I don’t know how they could make this statement without collecting documents. They can’t understand the email confirmation I showed them. I requested him to check the parcel number in the email but his answer was ‘ I wouldn’t do these things’. It took me another 10 minutes to make him understand and get my parcel. Somebody has to train this staffs.
Very unprofessional and worst service in Shepperton.
