Great store, The staff are super friendly and patient. I wasn’t quite sure what to order and the staff gave me great recommendations. I ended up trying the dragon fruit tea and loved it. It was super refreshing and not too sweet. I really recommend trying it . Thank you :)

High quality bubble tea and smoothies with unique flavours ( Which you won't find at your standard Gong Cha and Chatime branches) The mochi waffle is highly additive too ! ( And their bingsu range looks tempting)

Lovely bubble tea store! The bubbles and taro ball are really fresh and chewy. The store also played my favorite songs!

All drinks were so yum! Peach spring tea was super refreshing and loved the mochi waffles!! Have had a few and they’re delicious but on the smaller side.

We recently visited their Knox store and loved the whole ambience, interiors and the variety if drinks on offer.
Now that we are close to summers - they had an amazing selection of summer drinks.

So recently, I took my mom to @tearoyaleau to try out their new Strawberry Summer range and we are obsessed!!🍓🍓

The drinks here were super refreshing, perfect balance of sweet and ice and the flavours here are just so so good! The quantity is pretty generous as well compared to other stores and the drinks were so yumm!!I especially fell in love with their Sakura jelly pearls!!🍓🥭

I looove the milk tea range here, especially the Taro Milk Tea and classic Pearl Milk Tea. They are all so delicious and fragrant. The Mango Grape Oolong Tea is good too - very refreshing and tasty. Comfortable seating area to sit and relax. Great customer service too.

This is in the outdoor food court of the Knox City Westfield Shopping centre, just outside the movie cinemas.

They are pretty quick with taking orders and then getting it ready for pick up. The decor in the store is clean neat and bright. The menu board is clean and easy to read. There is great variety of drinks. Best part of all for goggles and laughs was some funny names of drinks, such as Peach Butt 🤣😂🤣.

The bubble tea were really great. My wife ordered the Brown sugar bubble tea, and for me it was the fruit tower, was like a fruit salad in an ice tea cup. Very refreshing.

The drinks were super refreshing and love the flavours we picked! We always grab brown sugar soy milk because It's a great alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or prefer non-dairy options (aka my partner - would choose this 😂) Their mochi waffles here is a must, I always would order this, made fresh to order and I love soft chewy texture of this and it’s not overly too sweet 😍

EDIT: Went back for another try of the jasmine milk tea, this time it's back to how I remember it. Will be coming back for the fragrant jasmine milk tea!

My go-to drink is usually the jasmine milk tea as it has a nice strong but not overpowering flavour profile.

However, recently the jasmine milk tea doesn't taste as good, it's become more cardboardy and powdery?

Was the jasmine tea ingredient changed, and if so, will it be changed back to how it was before?

Beautiful venue with beautiful and unique drinks! Thoroughly enjoyed taking a refreshing little tea break here. Staff are also very pleasant and friendly.

Mango Grape Oolong Tea! Very tasty and refreshing, love the white pearls and grape jelly bits they have inside. Definitely would recommend this drink on a hot day!

Ordered something new called Cheese Strawberry Milk Tea. The Cheese Ball is so delicious

The best bubble tea bar none. Not too sugary and the sugar free option is awesome. Happy to fill byo reusable cups (eg the local Bobbleware brand)

The drinks here are really really good! I'm a MASSIVE fan of their fruit teas as they are extremely flavourful and they put A LOT of fruits (over 1/3 of the cup) inside. I recently tried their jasmine pearl milk tea and the tea tastes very fragrant as well. The pearls are pretty fresh but I wouldn't say they're outstanding.

The shop itself is very well designed, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing (perfect for taking pictures for instagram!)

However, the fruity drinks and extravagant setting does come with a price. Even though I wouldn't say the drinks are extremely expensive, expect to pay 20% more than what what you're used to. However, in my opinion, it's totally worth it!

I took advantage of their opening special buy 1 get 1 free deal. I had what I think was called a brown sugar pearl latte, it was really really good and I would definitely buy it again. My boyfriend had a taro milk tea with pearls and thought his was delicious too. I would say the wait was a tad longer than i'm used to considering there weren't many people there but as they had only just opened I can understand things will improve as time goes on. The staff were very friendly and the presentation of the store as well as the packaging was beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for a second :D
