These guys always do a great job, make tasty drinks and the online order was prepared fast. I like the seating on the side of the counter where I can take my drink and then sit there and drink it. Awesome. Thanks Anna and the two others.

Chatime will hit every single time. Celine was the nice young lady who made my drink and it was spectacular. i was amazed. i’ve never tasted a drink so good. i strongly believe this young lady needs a raise!! her amazing customer service and efficiency in making my drink left me astonished. love it 😊

Celine's attention to detail at Chatime truly stood out and I believe for that she is a delightful employee.

The boba drinks, were nothing short of amazing. Chatime's extensive menu offers a wide range of flavours, and the quality is exceptional.

awesome drinks, i always love mango green tea with popping pearls and lychee jelly. great customer service, i was served by the amazing melissa. definitely recommend, take a trip down to knox for a delicious cha time!!

Love this Chatime! I always get the Matcha frozen and enjoy it every time. The staff are friendly and and the wait time is never long. 😃

Chatime is an amazing shop, the quality of the drinks is unbelievable. I am utterly pleased with the customer service. I ordered a premium bubble tea and a peach tea too, it took the wonderful person there all of 4 minutes to make our drinks,

The yes that they have there tastes really good, but when I went to go order pearls for my drink they ran out, but still the drink tasted amazing

Their drinks are really good, but they really need to have more workers as they get busy really quick making it longer for them to get everyone's orders out at a reasonable time.

The lady with the pink hair was so lovely to everyone that walked up and always had a smile on her face ! Awesome to see :)
