I was blown away at the service provided to me and the time taken to understand our needs and make the best corresponding recommendations. We were very happy with the service provided by David at Plush Knox.

We have very little space in our home available for a sofa and we needed something very specific. David was not only very knowledgeable about the products, but he spent time with us, patiently answered our millions of questions, and was very friendly throughout. Having said that, it was 5 minutes before closing time but that didn't matter to him at all.

Overall, I knew very quickly I wanted to buy a sofa from the store; it's funny what genuine customer service can do when making purchasing choices.

Since I casually strolled into the Knox Plush store, think was a great decision to start with. Firstly and most importantly the guidance, support and suggestions provided by David in store really helped us to decide the next and right sofa in our home. Though there were 3+ months wait (understanding covid related logistics issue) to get our sofa, but once delivered and placed into our home the wait seems to have been worth it. The quality, finish, comfort and craftsmanship of the sofa is absolutely amazing. Loving it and wish to enjoy for years to come.

Jodie at the Knox showroom was great to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and provided us with great advice. Jodie didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision on the spot! After thinking about it for a couple of days we have purchased our dream couch and we can’t wait to receive it! Would definitely recommend visiting Jodie at Knox Plush for help and advice on your next couch purchase!

At the Knox Plush store, David was ever so helpful by first listening then advising me of my options. No other sales person had suggested such options to me before, such as ‘building your own’ with configurations to suit our room setup/size and of course the choice of leathers. David really knew his products and together we were able to find a solution to finally find a couch that could work in my space. Jodie was also very informative and helpful- their attention to detail left an impact. I also have a colleague who bought a Plush couch and she’d said their before and after sales service was impeccable. I’ve now placed my order and can’t wait for the couch to arrive.

We bought a couch from Mel and the customer service we received was exceptional! Up there with the best customer service experiences we've had. Mel was helpful, friendly, knowledgable. All of the other staff working that day inc David were friendly and helpful to us as well. If only all customer service experiences were like this! We'll definately be back. Shopping for my first proper, nice sofa. Couldn't have come to a better place. Not only do Knox Plush have a really pleasant showroom packed with options, but we also found a great salesman. David W knows his stuff. He could tell us about every configuration and option possible. Not only did he answer every question we had, but he asked us questions about what we wanted and helped guide us to *the* perfect, dream sofa. He spent ages with us deliberating over fabric options alone. David made us feel comfortable and never had us feel crowded like salespeople often do. Come here and find David W! You won't be disappointed.

Have had a great experience with David. We have decided to go with a Newport modular range in a beautiful light grey Italian fabric. David has been awesome, he is very informative and gave us a great discount as well as the space to decide what we wanted as deciding on lounge suites can be hard work! Purchased a sofa from Knox Plush today. The salesman David was very helpful and gave us lots of information that made it much easier for us to choose the right sofa for us. We had a lot of questions as we weren’t entirely sure what we wanted and he was very patient and took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!

I had spent lockdown looking at sofas and waiting to try them out. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I attended Knox store . All the staff were friendly but I was assisted by David. I explained my needs ( medical condition) and requirements And what I had in mind . David showed me the ones I had thought of then showed me three other options which might be more supportive. He walked me through the process, finding wall colour swatches so I could compare and recliner battery packs. I left happier and 100% satisfied. Super excited to receive my sofa and cannot recommend David and knox plush more highly !

We were there and the customer service was excellent. David Williams did an amazing job helping us to choose something suitable for our new house. Apart from the occasional jokes to make sure that we made the right choice, he helped us choose the color and the fabric. Was greeted right away by David.W I was uncertain with the purchase of the couch, David made it very easy for myself and followed up all calls. I later came back to put a deposit down on my couch, David suggested taking a few samples home to try and see before buying and lucky I changed my mind on the color i thought was right for me in store.
