Academy Plumbing Services

I have been a customer of Academy Plumbing for a number of years and would thoroughly recommend their services. I have used them from tasks covering plumbing emergencies through to sorting out pond problems and installing water tanks. Their work is always of the highest standard and I always pass on their details to my family and friends. I would never use another plumbing service.

Not for the first time,
Had a plumbing emergency at my home (main pipe burst at a tap). This happened at the end of the working day and I could see my life flash before me- mains off, no shower, no washing, no water until fixed, also, right before Christmas.

Adam was here in half an hour. Plugged the hole, got me back on deck and gave me straight forward advice of what to do next.

You never know how much you need a plumber until you need one, and then- hot damn, you're gonna hope you have a good one who can be there, who you can trust, who can do the job with precision.

This is Academy plumbing.
Adam has always listened, always helped, always prioritised within reason. After a long, hard day outside in the heat I just wanted a shower, but the fates decided to burst my main line instead.

I called Adam because if anyone might get me out of this spot, I hoped it might be him.
It was.

He's set up pipes for me, cleared blockages for me, and now- saved the day for me.

If you've ever had to find and engage a plumber, you know it's like playing Russian Roulette with your time and money. After discovering Adam, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else.

Work done has included roof work (gutters and downpipes) and general plumbing. All work is of the highest quality and Adam will explain what's needed beforehand. He is transparent so you won't feel like you've been ripped off and he'll give you a thorough explanation of the issues.

My only hesitation in providing this review is that, because of Adam's reputation, he is always busy and selfishly, I may have to wait even longer! But with the number of dishonest people in this field, happy to do a shout out for the good work that he does.

Over the last 10 years Adam from Academy Plumbing Services has been reliable, professional, trustworthy, shows attention to detail and always prompt. Adam always has the time to answer any questions or queries allowing the process to be painless.
