Kmart Boronia

Fully stocked always the man at the door was very polite and friendly good service when leaving as well !

It's not a bad shop I suppose but it's really annoying that there is only one lady on the checkouts and 1 at the door and 10.000 of them running around pushing trolleys full of stock looking at you like you are in their way , also it does not open at 8.00am it actually opens at 8.01 and not a second before it is as if they get enjoyment put of watching people try the door . Just bad service and getting worse .

Great experience today at Kmart Boronia, initially greeting by security staff at the front of the store, who advised about collection being at the rear of the store. Staff there were prompt and friendly, well done guys.

I'm grateful to have a Kmart in Boronia. Team members are wonderful & some of the best around. Any returns I've done so far have been smooth & easy no issues!

Plenty of parking. Store is spacious. Well organized. Helpful staff. There is always a bargain and it’s well stocked. Highly recommend even their click and collect. Very efficient service

Great Kmart. They got everything we were looking to get. We needed some supplies for our baby shower and found this Kmart nearby. Very impressive.

I found the store to be very large and well stocked. I read the one star reviews and feel some people mark very severely. The service and helpfulness of staff was very good and the merchandise was well organised with a number of choices in each area. Parking was convenient but I could see how it might not always be as Melbourne is growing so fast.

The staff were great, the woman even helped up at our self serve as we have just moved in to our new house and had ALOT of items and she helped us right before her break, most people would of been more concerned about her break... but she was more concerned in her customers! Thank you so much for making our trip to Kmart Enjoyble

I would like to thank Karin from the photo center for taking the time to help me print out my photos from my phone. After spending over an hour struggling at officeworks I gave up, had a cry in the car and drove to Kmart Boronia. Karin and the ladies did not make me feel silly but simply helped, communicated and solved my problem! 10/10... thank you so so much for your exceptional customer care.

A good all round General all purpose Department store.
Ample parking, pleasant staff, well laid out products. Ample undercover parking for rainy days, including undercover access to the Kmart store.

The only turn off is the man that hangs around the entrance of kmart he is not homeless he lives i n a unit on station street fyg opp 7/11. Shame on him. Re kmart Every time I go there the staff are amazing ..I get better service at Kmart than at an exclusive store.. I go there for anything first....

Love the shopping experience it's open until late and the toys section is fully stocked atm. There's also great live music out the front thanks to a local busker.. AWESOME!!😁🥰

Last minute shopping for Christmas, some items of clothing were limited in size and color choice, but managed to get something that was greatly appreciated. First visit to this store, seemed a bit smaller than some others but well organised and friendly staff

I went into the store asking where a picnic rug was, i've been to three other kmart stores of which they were unhelpful and sent me into the wrong sections, however at Boronia all staff knew where the products where and walked me to the section. They were extremely helpful.

The young man Reuben helped me over the phone to find the product I needed with no fuss. Great customer service!

I went to Kmart to see if I could get photo prints off my mobile phone. It was really easy to do and have gone a few times to get prints done. Was really happy with the service and will recommend going

Boronia Kmart isn't just a shop, it's apart of the community and local history. The experience is one of a kind, everyone remembers their first, it's an awakening of sorts. A right of passage for any foothills folk.
It takes courage but do not fear. There may be derros arguing outside and the dimly lit carpark may scare you, even the urine based armoa floating through the complex might be to much for those of faint heart, but once you reach the Kmart doors and the warm air of consumerism blows into your face, you finally know that glory awaits and you have reached the holy land of bargains.
