Chris as Bedshed was fantastic with my mum who was looking for a new mattress. He was patient, knowledgable and very friendly. My mum was overwhelmed at the prospect of trying all these mattresses, Chris narrowed down the options, listened to what she was looking for and ultimately she left feeling very happy with her purchase. Highly recommend if looking for guidance in this process.

Chris is the most dedicated, invested and genuine sales man we have ever come across. He gave us many options, spent time and made effort to understand our needs. Walking in to purchase a bed can be very daunting and stressful. Not knowing what to buy and which bed is best for you, Kristopher made it so easy and simple. His knowledge and guidance really helped us out on which bed to purchase and what was best for us. He really helped us get everything done in minutes. Was hesitant is spending a lot of money but I couldn’t resist. I had been serviced by the wonderful Sandy D. She had a pure energy and had stated so many facts and I felt like she had huge passion towards me getting something that was going to last me a long time and that a bed and mattress. All questions were answered plus more, she was a true professional and made me so excited on such a big purchase. I truly believe she is a wonderful and such a great personality in such a boring environment but she made it so enjoyable. I didn’t want to leave, she then gave me recommendations about other products and facts on care. She really read the room and took her time, I appreciate it so much.

The team at Bedshed Highpoint were wonderful. The lady salesperson was so helpful on the day and very patient, letting us try out different beds at our own pace before choosing one and the gentleman who provided us with spare cardboard to even out our existing bed slats was awesome. After having been avoiding mattress shopping and sleeping rough for more than a year we decided to go on a quest to find the perfect one. Bought the Airlie king bed and love it. Finally upgraded to a king and we're chuffed it looks so nice. Christopher helped us in the showroom and was really knowledgable about the different products. The delivery service was spot on too. Hamza and Ben of BB transport were great on communication and really friendly.

I recently purchased a mattress and pillows from Bedshed Highpoint. I purchased during the sale so got a great deal, ordered online (easy) and delivery was organised promptly. The Highpoint team was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, no issue to answer additional financing and delivery questions. In particular Chris went out of his way to personally deliver an item that was mistakenly missed in the delivery. Thanks for an excellent customer experience. The young man at Bedshed Highpoint was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were made to feel welcome, not rushed into making a decision, and given accurate information on delivery time. We are very happy with our purchase of a bedframe and mattress! We are going back for the matching bedside table!

We came in with barely any knowledge about mattresses but Sandy made the experience so pleasant and helped us find the perfect mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout and went above and beyond to order the product for us. In 2 days it was available for pick up. The team at Bedshed Highpoint were extremely professional with their excellent customer service (Olivia), my king bed frame is amazing quality and their delivery/ warehouse team were so helpful in organising a day for setup. Overall the service from beginning to end was second to none! And I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will be definitely buy again.

Most amazing Staff Olivia and and Sandra went above and beyond. really appreciate all the time spent with myself over the phone when ordering a mattress during the lockdown. Mattress came and I absolutely love it and was everything I expected, great customer service and delivery guys. All other bedding stores in the area I spoke to had no idea and made me confused. I will definitely buy again from Bedshed Highpoint and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
