Customer service is so much better in this boutique than the one in Chadstone. The staffs made me feel welcome in the shop no matter if I was going to buy anything. The salesgirl who serviced me was very helpful and patient, which allowed me to try different styles and eventually found the one I love. I walked away with a very happy and satisfying purchase.

I cannot fault the service in the new Moncler flagship. The staff were attentive and never pushy. They made me feel welcome and were also extremely patient with me whilst I tried on many styles. I walked away with the classic Maya and could not be happier. I am so glad this store opened on Collins... I have no reason to go to Chadstone any longer.

good shopping experience

Went to this shop today and wanted to buy a cap cause it was raining…
I was wearing hoodie and my clothes was a little bit dirty cause I just finished my shift.
But one chinese/asian old lady’s service was so bad is it because I was not wearing fancy clothes? It’s my first time visiting this shop and so disappointed.

Just found out they don’t do returns Or refunds in Australia. And that’s very unfortunate because their jackets sometimes look different in daytime and I did not like mine.

I was waiting for my friend who was trying some jackets to buy. A Chinese sales person was talking in mandarin so loudly to her male colleague as though she was at home
