I had a fantastic experience Art de Dental ☺The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. The clinic itself is modern and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for dental care. The dental professionals were knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my concerns. I left feeling confident in the quality of service I received and would highly recommend Art De Dental to anyone looking for top-notch dental care.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I had 3 appointments that were all dealt with quickly and professionally. When I needed to come back for some aftercare I was treated with respect and empathy, and my appointment requests were accommodated. Great friendly team, keep it up 👍🏻

I had an excellent experience going to Art De Dente.

I have had fluorosis since I was a child and always wanted to get it removed. Dr Mini did a wonderful Job of treating my fluorosis, it is now invisible to the eye! I feel so much more confident and I honestly feel like a brand new person. Thank you Dr Mini, you are a star!

Priya at the front desk was super warm and helpful too. She helped me get the treatment for a very reasonable price.

Thank you to everyone at Art de dente but especially Dr Damian for his expertise, impeccable skills and gentle bedside manner. I had to undergo extensive dental work that I had been dreading and postponing with my previous dentist for over a decade. The whole team at both Art de dente and Dentist on Warrigal were exceptional, I trusted them with extractions, implants, bridgework, and my whole upper teeth being fitted with new crowns, all performed inhouse. It just felt right from the very first appointment, now almost 2 years later I have the best smile of my life. As for Pratap(Peter), the owner of the practises, what an exceptional human being, he went above and beyond at all times. I’ve never encountered such empathetic and supportive medical services, they’ve set the bar so high for themselves and deserve a huge thank you and congratulations. An incredible team with outstanding professional dental care. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Everyone at the practice is lovely and extremely helpful. I have been there a few times and have never had a negative experience. All staff are professional, personable, and make you feel comfortable through strong communication on the procedures getting done. The people working the front desk are always welcoming and warm. Priya has especially been fantastic at ensuring everything on the admin side is correct, is on top of all text-reminders and calling post-op, and overall just a fabulous employee (very friendly).

I’ve been going to this dentist for over 10 years, love the staff and service. Highly recommend.

Pratap, Dr Mini and the team are so lovely! I came for a checkup and clean and Dr Mini was very gentle as I have a sensitive jaw. She was very helpful in recommending next steps as well

I’ve been coming for the past 4 or 5 years and will continue to come back.
It’s very clean, comfortable and friendly.
If you are someone who has some hesitation going to the dentist this is a good place to try. They make you feel very comfortable and can take things at your pace.

Would give this place 5 stars for the timely responses and overall process, as well as for the professional and friendly staff. Definitely recommend coming here especially if its for an urgent appointment as they are one of the most efficient dental clinics in the CBD :)

So I realise I haven’t adjusted my initial review. After the incident, one of the supervisors contacted me, and asked me to come in to clear things up. After sorting everything out, they did apologise on their end, and everything was sorted. I did end up getting what I wanted to do, and all was good.

Initial review:
Just want to share my experience with a receptionist at this place.

Ron I believe his name was, was very pushy with scheduling an appointment. He kept asking about my personal life schedule, and made me feel very uncomfortable. He also told me to never contact the place again, after I told him that I couldn’t make a suggested timing that he gave, which was quite literally 2 hours later.

He needs to understand that although I wish I could just pack up shop and leave for an hour, there are many other things that I am busy with. Yet he kept insisting I do that appointment first, and was very passive aggressive with me. I definitely did not have a pleasant experience with him, unlike with that of Priya. She seemed much nicer.

Please speak with Ron and correct this behaviour as I just don’t feel comfortable engaging with a receptionist that keeps on pushing me to make a decision.

Very professional and very thankful from them to see me without any appointment (as an emergency): a life saver!
