We usually shop in Singapore been the Cartier family for a long time! Amazing experience and customer service at - Collins Street Store Melbourne with Olivia Liu! She is amazing Very professional friendly and knowledgeable the whole experience was very easy and pleasant. my partner Surprised me with the secret boxes for my Valentine’s Day and Olivia helped to set up everything 😊 we sure return soon for our engagement ring 😊

Even though i didn’t have an appointment, i was determined to buy a ring on that day. I went to the the store 45 minutes before closing and Francesco went above and beyond with the service. My partner and I got the rings we wanted and the whole experience was phenomenal. We were out of the store by 6pm and with a big smile on our face. Thank you Francesco!

As one would expect from a luxury brand, yet sometimes....not received.. The service was fantastic from the get go. Staff attentive and the SA Andy i delt with was very helpful and explained a little about the history of this luxurious brand. He was helpful, showed me many variations of the pieces I enquired about and overall a pleasant experience. Would go back to this store again if ever in need of more Cartier 😆.

I visited their boutique few times looking to purchase our wedding bands. Initially I've been looked after by Francesco who provided an outstanding service: well mannered, patient and very professional.

Despite not having purchased on my first visit, Francesco kept in contact with me discussing further about size, colour and style. He ran the extra mile just to make sure I was happy and not stressed about it.

Today I went in store and this time Jenny looked after me. Again the service was impeccable and her attention to detail was remarkable.

My partner went into the store to purchase an engagement ring. He made sure he made an appointment prior to showing up. Upon attendance, it appeared that no one was aware of the appointment. After standing around for 15 minutes, they eventually assigned him a sales assistant who did not appear to be too enthusiastic. My partner knew what he wanted however wanted to know whether the ring Could be customised with a bigger stone. The SA stated no and proceeded to show him rings that he did not ask to see and not to our expectations. The SA then told my partner to perhaps shop at Tiffany’s instead…… my partner do not have a profile at Cartier but I do, I guess I will take my money in the future elsewhere too! Thanks for the advice tho, we ended up with an Argyle diamond with a jeweller that worked for Cartier.

My partner and I made our first Cartier purchases last week and the experience did not disappoint! Carl was a fantastic sales associate, he took his time explaining the pieces and showing us plenty of options, he was not pushy whatsoever. He went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more happy with our purchases ☺ we will definitely be back!
