We tried their almond croissants and also their coffe. The lady baristas who took our order just amazing and so polite. She even make us took 2 croissants because of her hospitality. The taste of the croissants was so good and nice. To be honest this is the second time we have croissants in a day. In the morning we just wen to the famous LUNE croissants and gonna compared with this but overall taste almost the same

When I'm in the CBD, love stopping by here! Desserts are seriously world class and this is a great place to get an excellent coffee to match. Staff are eager to offer suggestions. Great place for a break when walking the streets of the CBD!

As a dessert lover, I can say I have try most of their little cakes. Beautifully made, not too sweet, and delicious. Anyone who wants a place to chill, this would be a great place to hang out with a coffee.

Friendly, helpful staff and good food. Not just coffee and cake, but also a full lunch menu.

PS: Pies without any nasty Flavour Enhancers (like MSG). 😁

Have always wanted to visit Pierrick's cafe, I've been a fan of his cakes for a decade now! His cafe definitely did not disappoint.

The passion fruit brownie was the highlight, full of flavour and different textures I could not fault it.

Small cafe at the entrance to Melbourne Central. Almond croissant was excellent and the coffee not too bad. Would have liked a proper plate and cup rather than a bag and a takeaway cup. I guess they do not expect people who want to eat in. Apart from that the service was good.

Lovely cakes, terrible service. Other server seemed really nice but ours was trash. Wasteful use of takeaway cups even when we said we were dining in.

I'm not one for doing reviews but this had to be said because I was shocked with what I witnessed and heard (hence why I didn't end up buying anything). I walked past to have a look one day and I witnessed the owner swearing at a young employee in front of everyone who was around. The poor employee looked stunned at the accusations this owner was making and not to mention the profanity as well (I was there long enough to see what was going on). This is disgusting behaviour and I do NOT support owners of a business behaving like this especially towards their staff. Disgusting especially considering how the owner has a "well-known" reputation to uphold. If you are a regular, I would highly consider going somewhere where employees are actually valued and treated like human beings instead of having to put up with this. Overpriced, rude owners, tacky.

In addition to the product, good places are created by people; I just went for a coffee (5:30 pm) I approached the girl who was at that time and said smiling hello and she said roughly she told me the toilet is on the right and I just said oh sorry I just want to buy a coffee, and her answer was so is that everyone ask me about the toilet; I understand that this happens frequently, but if you are working in a cafe, you should assume that someone might approach you because you want a coffee.
