Best Western Colonial Village Motel

The staff were very relaxed which helped create the atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and the lay out perfect. Based on location and age I couldn't figure out why this place was rated so highly. After our vist is was crystal clear. We would book here again with our hesitation!

Rang last minute for accommodation for a family of 4 (kids 15 & 8). Offered newest appartments as that was all they had available. Absolutely beautiful, very new, stylish, warm & comfortable. All you’d need for a long stay (-minus clothes dryer) although ours was just overnight. Receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank-you.

We booked the apartment accommodation!
2 story’s ample room ! 3 single beds and a double, we had a few issues getting the tv working, rooms are quite dated , but make up for it in space ! Fully equipped kitchen to make meals. Spa bath was a hit with the kids .

You can’t ask for more at this motel. We spent 4 days with Raj and his team and you couldn’t ask for friendlier people. Good food and accommodation.

Great accommodation, great service who were more than happy to help. It wasn't a cheap stay, we stayed in one of the two story apartments, had all we needed for cooking, had a spa bath, it was relatively clean, noticed a little bit of mould and the normal wear and tear of an older establishment. Found toys from previous guests under the furniture. The owners and all the staff that we encountered were lovely and very friendly. Nice warm heater, which you will need as Warnambool is cold and wet and windy HaHa. All in all it was a nice stay, as a tip we only found out on arrival, ring direct and book you will get it cheaper, I always look for the cheapest option for any stay, so with this place ring direct and they will give you a better price, this was told to me by the girl at the front desk 😊

Had a really positive experience. The lady at the front office was really helpful and accommodating. Thank you for upgrading me to a bigger room. I was really impressed with the tidiness and cleanliness. One of the cleanest motels we've been to. Will definitely return again.

We had to book a room last minute after a family member fell very ill. We initially booked a double room and then realised we needed some addition beds. Sue was wonderful and upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost. It made a very stressful situation that much easier. The beds were super comfy and amenities were great. My kids loved the spa bath and the playground.

Nice little stay. Great price. Room was clean great size for my family off 4...has a small playground for the kids... A few small grass areas. Friendly staff happy to point in right direction... Close to shops etc on the main street so close to all that happens... will b back.

I stay here every 6 weeks or so for work. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. They always make me feel very welcome and try to accommodate any requests.

The most friendliest and helpful staff. The room was very clean and cozy. Very quiet at night, we heard nothing from the road nearby. But the best thing was the large bathroom with a glass roof and a huge spa bath, super relax. The prices are very affordable. 5 stars! :)

Very nice motel located close to the shopping center in the city. The access to the property was easy. The rooms were exceptionally clean and airy. Beds were well made and all the amenities were in place. Large sized car park right outside the room was a big plus. The quiet road outside allowed for a nice stroll in the evening. Overall a great experience staying there. Complete value for money. Very highly recommended.

What lovely people who own this venue. I asked if I could have an early check in due to a few afternoon appointments in town. Nothing was too hard. A very warm welcome - by name. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location was great, easily accessible. Room was spacious. Although furniture and installation were a bit dated, overall it was fine. Great at such price. One of the best motels.

I have stayed here twice so far. Sue is such friendly and accommodating lady. The facility is always clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area.

Receptionist Sue was lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.. no backache the next day, yay. It was also quiet and private. I’ll stay there again :)

Nice accommodation, the way the units are staggered makes it feel very private. You can drive up to your unit and parking undercover.
Rooms clean and spacious. Big bathroom.
Water from all faucets was extremely hot, dangerously so.
Large fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster in room.
