The staff are always friendly and helpful. We love that we can get homeopathic products here as well as a great range of health and makeup products, special items like bamboo clothing and beautiful gifts.

So disappointed in the service.
Have been waiting just under 2 hours for my prescriptions on a Wednesday afternoon and told they would be another 45 mins.
Surely not good enough.
UPDATE 4 hours later and after the store has closed l get a notification that said 3 of the 4 items are ready and they cannot use a script with 5 repeats as their system cannot read it.
Again...surely not good enough

Imagine if your whole business being based on disguising yourself so people accidentally go in thinking you're a "Chemist Warehouse" expecting things to be cheap - then ripping them off with more expensive products. That's the entire business plan of "Direct Chemist Outlet" from start to finish. They should be shut down.
