Joe from the Highpoint Branch is a gentleman. Excellent service, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was happy to answer all our queries and even inputted his own experiences. Thank you for assisting us in choosing our dream bed and mattress.

I had the most fantastic experience with Joe in store when I purchased my new mattress and bed frame. He was so patient in answering all of our questions and educating us on what would be the best fit for me. He was so knowledgeable and understanding, and even made further recommendations about which pillows would be the best based off what I wanted.
A special mention to Joe in the warehouse for being super helpful and easy to deal with as I navigated my delivery whilst my settlement was pushed back.

Went into Snooze Highpoint looking to purchase a mattress that would fit my bedframe. Richard was very knowledgeable about all the mattress products and guided me through my decision process. He was friendly, approachable and attentive. I ultimately bought a mattress and am happy with the professional service provided.

I went the other day and was assisted by Chris, I went before closing initially but he was very caring and informed me that because I have circumstances that needed to be catered to that this isn’t something he wanted to rush and that I should come another day, I came back the next day and he gave me a lot of his time to cater to my needs and preferences. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, he was a delight to talk to. A while later I walked out with a mattress, pillow and protective cover. I was more than satisfied with his service, knowledge and price that we had agreed on. I am more than happy that I came back and spent more time with my decision and I am more than happy to come back again in the future. Would recommend!

We purchased a bedroom suite from Snooze Highpoint and found our experience truly enjoyable. Our salesman Joe was very professional and extremely knowledgeable with all facets of Bedding. Pricing was very sharp and we got a great deal, with delivery and assembly included in the price . Would recommend Joe and his team to anybody who are in the market for a new bedroom suite.

I went into Snooze Highpoint about a month ago and was approached by Jo, who, after receiving only a small amount of information about how I sleep, pointed out a mattress that he recommended to try. Not only was the fit and price point exactly right, I tried other mattresses at Snooze and one of the other mattress shops close by, only to return to Jo's recommendation.
I cannot thank Jo enough, as the mattress I now have has significantly improved both my health and sleep quality. The delivery took about two weeks but it was worth the wait. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snooze Highpoint for anyone looking for customer service that reflects years of extensive experience and knowledge of selecting the right mattress for a person's needs. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience with us Theo. My partner and I had been considering upgrading our matress for quiet sometime but always end up so confused that we put the task in the too hard basket. Finally our faith has been restored. A few simple explanations from Theo and we could finally contextualize our matress requirements. Looking forward to delivery and sleeping on our new bed.

I don't normally leave reviews but feel I had to due to the exceptional service received from Theo.
Initially when I made the purchase i was advised incorrectly by another staff member that I would receive two deliveries for the same price as the bedframe was not in stock for a month. This was going to be very inconvenient as I would not have mattresses for my children to sleep on for two weeks.
When I rang Theo he went above and beyond to make sure it was rectified, he gave me a more expensive mattress at a lower price (the sealy emperor) AND hunted down a bedframe which he can deliver two weeks earlier than I expected.
The kids absolutely love the mattresses which are so much more comfortable.
Absolute gentleman and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely go through them again.
