The most beautiful music shop I’ve ever seen! great variety of new and 2nd hand instruments. Guitars, basses, amps, synths, mixers, speakers , everything. the staff is impeccable. I’m really happy with the service, and of course with my new guitar!!!

Lewis and the gang are always ready to assist and make some recommendations for anything modular or synth.

Have consigned about a dozen items at this point and they are fair with the assessments too

Also their spot doubles as a museum in my opinion, just the perfect place to noodle around for your next guitar, synth, or modular purchase.

I live interstate and preordered an item from Found Sound. Thommy and Dan provided incredible customer service from the time I placed the order until It arrived at my door. They frequently checked in with updates and to ask If I wanted to make any changes. Importantly, my Couch guitar strap arrived and It's incredible.

Based on recommendation from another music shop, I contacted Found Sound about selling my two keyboards (Nord Stage EX Compact, Korg Kronos X 73) on commission.

Lewis and Gab were excellent to deal with. They were methodical, professional and insightful in dealing with my questions and enquiries, working to ensure that pricing was on-point and updating me as required.

The gear sold in less than 4 months, and money was transferred in a timely manner.

They also have A LOT of great gear (new and second hand) on the shop floor and I would definitely consider paying them a visit when buying (or selling) more musical gear.

Highly recommended for both selling and buying quality musical equipment.

Had a great experience purchasing a new guitar amp at this store. They stock a huge range of instruments and musical equipment all housed in a beautifully arranged warehouse type space. Everyone there seemed really knowledgeable yet super chill which served to create a really nice vibe in the store. Would definitely recommend.

Found Sound is the store w the staff you’re looking for. The best in every aspect from repairs to sale. Really good comms and easy to deal with. The store is full of rad gear and light and spacious which makes for a great browsing experience too.

I have been blessed to have been recommended to Found Sound and I agree with other reviews the shop is beautiful, in fact almost museum like but so chilled, get in and take a look if you have any interest at all in music.I have been dealing with Gab mainly in the shop and he is a very friendly yet professional person to deal with as all of the staff are in there, this is rare these days in my opinion, I have had service on the phone and via email from many others working there and the high standards of care and professionalism run through the team. The variety of products backed by enthusiasm and knowledge will make it worth your while if you are looking to buy or to sell, I can not in all honesty recommended Found Sound highly enough AAA+++AAA

Props to the dudes and dudettes who run this place- the stock is out of control, some very competitive pricing and more importantly—easy access to the best gear money can buy.

I cannot recommend found sound more highly. I was hesitant to buy a guitar from anywhere other than my regular store, let alone have one delivered, but my guitar arrived the next day in perfect condition and already tested.
