Walked into the Lygon St space today, was happy to just have a look and feel for the clothes. Ended up purchasing 3 products! A gorgeous bone coloured trench coat, a black bejewelled jumper and loose black bamboo dress. Very well priced, offering great quality and the customer service was amazing. Will be back again soon.. :)

UPDATE: I was contacted via phone and offered a full refund, an apology with explanation and a store voucher. I am now satisified with the outcome and have updated my review to 5 stars as I trust that this was an oversight and unlikely to happen to other customers. Many thanks.

I am unimpressed with the customer service.

On 2 Feb 2022 I emailed the company to advise I had been sent the incorrect dress & ask if the correct dress could be sent in time for my event on the weekend.

9 Feb - no response so I politely follow up. They respond same day advising that I would be sent a return shipping label so that I could return the incorrect dress and then be sent the correct dress.

22 Feb nothing received, friendly follow up email sent. No response...

15 March - 41 days since I initially alerted them to the error: I send another follow up email. Unapologetic response received the following day with shipping label 'Hi Natalie, here it is'.

21 March I go to the post office only to be told the shipping label is invalid. Alert Venom Emilio, no resolution.

5 April - I request a refund. Told that I will receive a part refund and the rest store credit to be actioned same day.

27 April - no refund or store credit received.

Staff were very courteous. I purchased a beautiful dress and unfortunately it was too big. I would have loved to have exchanged it for a smaller size but there was nothing smaller available. I had at this stage already posted the dress back to them so I sent another email asking for it to be returned to me and I would get it altered professionally. Fortunately the staff did return the dress.

First time ordering from Venom Emilio, I was so pleased and surprised by their next level customer service. I ordered 3 items, 2 in one size and because the 3rd item was a different size they rang me to check if I had meant to order that size. I hadn't! My mistake was recognized and fixed before I even knew there was a problem! All 3 items fit perfectly :-) I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

This 5 star rating is absolutely due to Virginia, the sales assistant who helped me for close to 2 hours yesterday as I tried on about 25 different garments.
She was hands down the best sales assistant I've ever encountered & I was shocked to hear she is new to it.
I don't shop often but she made the experience as pleasant as possible - could only have been better if she'd closed the shop & supplied glasses of bubbles!
She was incredibly helpful with selecting sizing & making suggestions.
She would take my feedback on board without getting cranky with me or giving up on me.
She found a few great items I had missed - I really found a surprisingly large number of items that appealed to me.
She kept calm & friendly with everyone as the store became busier, assisting multiple people at once, including when one self-important individual barged in proclaiming to be in a hurry & double parked.
Virginia is an absolute asset to this store & everything should be done to continue to support her.

Came in Sunday morning looking for looking for some nice and school appropriate items as I am a teacher. The sales assistant Arzi was so helpful. I’m new to the teaching profession and Arzi was so honest and patient with me. Will definitely be coming back!!
Only thing I would recommend would be if they stocked more sizes in black pants.

I made my first online purchase with Venom Emilio recently. I purchased a denim jacket at a great price, which arrived beautifully wrapped and I could not be happier with my online experience. The item was even better than I expected. I can definitely recommend buying from this company, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered the Frida belts after Nat Angels try on. I am very happy with the belts, they are as expected and are great for the price paid. I knew from Nats try on they would be small - a longer size would be great- but they just fit.
Venom Emilio's customer service was excellent. I had ordered another belt type for one of the items as the Frida was out of stock. I noticed it came back in stock just after I placed my order so I rang and got my order changed to include the Frida. It was no trouble at all.

First time ordering from Venom Emilio. Great & prompt customer service, really appreciated the helpful phone call to answer my questions. Ordered the Addie denim jacket, it’s lovely, & t-shirt & necklace as a gift, also lovely & all just as described & packaged beautifully.

Ladies, for something slightly different, this is the place to go! The Gorgeous Georgia has helped me change my wardrobe and now have a few fabulous colourful pieces that I wouldn’t have typically worn or chosen myself. Huge variety of sizes and colours, from clothing to accessories.

Our retail relationship got off to a shaky start. I had managed to secure a highly sought after item & added it to my cart, kept shopping & when I went to checkout, the item was no longer available & sold out.
I emailed Christy & she was very helpful & by that afternoon she had managed to secure for me the item I had been wanting. Great customer service and very helpful.

Christy and her team are great. Their customer service is excellent, exchanges made easy. My order did take a bit longer than what I had hoped, however, I received it and was very happy

I visited Venom Emilio today for the first time in many years. Emma, the sales assistant was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me find some clothing items. She was friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. I have not had assistance like this in a women’s clothing store for a very long time and it is exactly what is missing these days. Thank you Emma.

I ordered the layered stone necklace. It arrived promptly in a beautiful gift box. The presentation made it feel really special. Can't wait to wear it when we finally get out of lockdown.
