Florsheim - Nunawading

Just purchased some Florsheim Dress boots from Florsheim outlet at DFO at Nunawading.
Service was excellent and they have a big range of quality Shoes at really great prices. Give them a try at this outlet and you will be presently surprised on the savings you can make and the quality Shoes you can buy. You can purchase great Shoes at half the normal price. It’s well worth the travel to this outlet for major savings.

Very helpful staff when trying to resolve a problem with a Floorsheim product. The store manager (Ese)did everything possible but has to refer issue to head office for resolution.

Factory outlet for shoe manufacturer, used to be selling very bargaining stuffs, some off season and clearance item.
Now is getting more new stuff, with little discounts compared to in the shopping centre.

Decent range and some specials. Staff were friendly. Got what I wanted but Florsheim is all made to a price offshore so time will tell.

Poor service - The guy didn't even acknowledge us until we went and asked for a shoe size.

Just tried to go to store at Brandsmart to find it closed. Sign on door saying staff taking a break with no return time. Waited 20 minutes still not open. Very poor considering this is around lunch time when more likely to be customers. Also store is advertised as open.

It's unfortunate that I have to put a star to leave a review! I have never been so disgusted in my life with such horrid customer service...from the staff to the manager they were extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. Never again will I step foot in this store. If this was my brand I would have them all fired!!!
