Our family are very grateful for the wonderful team at Estia Health, Wattle Glen. Wattle Glen became our mother’s place of residence for 13 months. Mum couldn’t have been in better hands.

In our experience Management and staff are a team of professional people who are friendly, caring and committed to the wellbeing of each resident. Lifestyle activities are varied, fun and interesting. G.P, Nursing and Personal care are all of high standard and any health concerns were quickly communicated to the family. The devoted care given to mum during her palliative stage was attentive, compassionate and sensitive to mum’s needs and also to family members who sat by her bedside. Any COVID/gastro outbreaks during mums stay were responded to quickly and handled responsibly.  Our heartfelt thanks Team Wattle Glen. You are stars!

phone answering is terrible.
i have tried 11 times to call between 10.30am-4pm today. no one answers the phone. how is anyone supposed to speak to their relatives ???
