Very nice customer support! Mag is an amazing sales woman. We been there for about an hour, we purchased a few shoes. Mag was continuously supporting not only us but also another 3 customers at the same time. She was checking everything and being super kind and supportive. Many thanks Mag for being so great🌹🌹

Amazing and attentive service by young gentleman. Went out of his way to arrange delivery of shoes from another store in my size to my home! Saved me time running around. Super impressed. Nothing was too much trouble and he was skilled at multi tasking. Will definitely be back in the future.

I actually got someone to serve me, not like some shops and it was a very nice young lady who helped me buy my shoes.

Great service plenty of variations. Just not a great range of sizes. At the time when i was there.

Skechers are good shoes, and as a disability support worker my shoes get a good workout 6 days a week!.

Edit: I have my third pair, with my last pair they did start to come apart, I rang them and at first I was offered a credit note for $20
I didn’t believe that was fair for a pair of $160.00 shoes. Especially since thought it was definitely a manufacturer error.
I returned them In person. and stated that if it was wear and tear in would be both shoes, I had looked after them well, they were in good condition and it was only the left one.

I received a credit note for the full price and left the store with a new pair, a white pair for Summer, a good result. Thankyou Meg and Nicky 😊

Arrived at chirnside pk store at 9.00am. Store closed, girl behind counter saw and ignored me. Waited 5 minutes then she reluctantly came over and opened door. Girl was in very bad mood so I apologised and said I thought store opened at 9am. She grumply stated she had just returned from holidays and had too much 9to catchup on to enable her to open on time. I stated that should not matter to me. She then stormed off and wouldnt serve me. I said ok I will go to another Skethers store and she answered WHATEVER and went back to looking at her paperwork. Appalling service. I will never go into that store again. Thiswill be my 3rd pair Sketchers but will not be buying from Chirn pk

Stood there for 10 minutes, only one other customer. Terrible service ,won't be back.

Unfortunately I didn't have an enjoyable experience at the Chirnside park store.I walked in and was looking at their display. Staff behind counter didn't bother to approach me. So I walked up to the counter and said I'm interested in walking shoes please. She pointed to the wall and said all those over there. Didn't come over and suggest anything, I felt like I was intruding. So, I found a pair. She went and retrieved from back, dumped them over by a chair and went back about her desk. This happened several times. Not once did she ask how I was going, did I like anything. There was absolutely no customer service at all. Very very disappointing

No customer service, the staff was rude. The shoes price marked was wrong and no apologies for the inconvenience. We were put in the position where we couldn't do anything but purchased the shoes. was very annoying, would not recommended.

Staff not interested in serving customers. Waited at least 10 min for assistance (no other customers in store). The 3 female shop assistants were only interested in talking to each other and their phones. Was prepared to buy some shoes that day but no assistance no sale. Sketchers need to improve this shop as its only new in Chirnside Park Shopping Centre .

Made an enquiry about a shoe that they stock, young girl mumble's "something" walks off and serves another customer, rude, extremely poor customer service, I walked out and purchased elsewhere, there loss.

Very disappointed , in the service at this store. Will never shop here again. I will go to Eastland store .
