My aging dog has had a few procedures here the last 2 years and has been well cared for. Both operations went really well and she healed quickly. She still likes going back there to visit.

My family came here because our elderly dog Nina wasn't doing well. The Vet, Jane, was exceptional. She explained all our options for tests, but gave her professional opinion that it was time. She then explained the whole process and was so empathetic and encouraging towards me and my family. As well as super gentle with Nina, and helped her go very peacefully.

Very professional, they helped me out on New Year’s Eve with my dog Roy. Luckily they were available.

Many thanks to Dr. Courtney, Dr. Alicia and nurse Chloe for their care and skill in working with our dear little pal Charlie. His time had come and we had Alicia and Chloe visit our home to see him off. Thanks to all concerned.

Wonderful and caring team members who were very understanding when we had to have our little rescue Maltese x put down recently. They organised the cremation and even sent us a sympathy card.

The team here are absolutely fantastic - we had to put our baby down a couple of months ago and they were nothing but sympathetic and understanding. Would not take my animals anywhere else!

All the staff were amazing the all caring and understanding doesn't matter how difficult times can get or at the easy times just wanted say thanks to the staff put my old sick dog down recently wasn't easy thing to do wasn't rushed and my dog main staff the next day after hearing the horrible news she broken down in tears as had return some meds to them it tells you how caring the are

The staff at Vet Group provided amazing care for our two little bunnies! They came back pampered and with full tummies, they almost didn't want to leave! Very thankful for the care and consideration provided by the staff. Gave us a great peace of mind

Since moving to Warrnambool and deciding to use these guys for Saxon, it's been wonderful dealing with them. All the staff are compassionate, informative and have looked after Saxon so well. From diagnosis to all the treatments they've been amazing.

Stopped in on a road trip as my dog Jax had dislocated his toe.
The staff here were all really lovely & efficient. They helped us out and were so caring in their manner of doing so.

I recently changed vets to here and they are always very pleasant and helpful talking through issues clearly. Also they don't seem to try to bump up their bill like some other places seem to with extra tests!!

Absolutely love this vet! All nurses and vets are very knowledgeable about rabbits and other small animals, and they all really care about your animals. Couldn't recommend it more!
