Our recent experience with Tobin Brothers in Diamond Creek, Victoria, was exceptional. We are very thankful for the professional and caring way they handled everything from our initial meeting right through to the funeral and refreshments afterwards.

Our Funeral Planner was Shannon and her professional integrity coupled with genuine empathy was instrumental in supporting us to make selections for our loved one’s funeral that truly honoured her. Shannon so graciously and unobtrusively gathered the information she needed, making us feel very comfortable and giving us great confidence that the funeral would be dignified and respectful of our loved one’s wishes. Shannon guided us with such grace and understanding. We deeply appreciated her compassion, professionalism and her support on the day of the funeral.

Shannon’s extensive knowledge of Tobin Brothers products and services was exceptional and her expertise in seamlessly matching our needs and wishes for a fitting final goodbye to our loved one is testament to her dedication and her genuine desire to support us. We felt valued and respected and had total confidence in Shannon and Tobin Brothers and we are truly thankful for everything they did to honour the life and memory of our loved one while also caring for us.

Tom greeted us on the day, he was dressed immaculately and he demonstrated exceptional professionalism. He was compassionate and he had a lovely calming presence and we are very grateful for everything he did for us on the day of the funeral.

First impressions count and last impressions remain forever. Gina was the funeral planner for my brother's funeral. Gina was so kind and caring from our first contact with Tobin Brothers. The service we received was comprehensive. Paul Hooper was an awesome Celebrant.The Tribute Team excelled with the music and photos and the Remembrance Cards. We were given a USB stick with the service and the photos and a hard copy book of the photos also. The service was also Live Streamed. I recommend Tobin Brothers very highly.

From the outset Gina was courteous and obliging. Things unravelled from there. I requested that I be advised when my sister (mentioned through the process as my mother?) was in Tobin Bros (Diamond Creek) care which did not happen. Received an apology which was not acceptable 4 days later. At the private service the Tobin Bros staff were somewhat distant, sitting in the rear of the chapel chatting and one member using her mobile phone. My cousin had to (after our direction) ask that the opening song be played. I can deal with inappropriate behaviour, and have in pallative care, BUT, in honour of my deceased sister and those loved ones left to grieve, sit up and listen to "US".
