Excellent experience. So friendly and understanding and they have fit my car in quickly, rather than waiting weeks elsewhere as I have previously. I also don't feel judged for keeping a cheap little car on the road.

Travelling around Tasmania in a rental car and had a slow leak in a back tyre, we rang Bob from Waratah on a Saturday morning. We arrived within the hour and Bob had it fixed in 40 minutes. Wonderful service as we were on our way to Stanley, safely!!

Bought tyres from David and he’s a champion. Vehicle has also been in for mechanical repairs and Craig and the mechanics have been absolutely fantastic. 5/5

Paid over $1,600 for tyres here less than 18 months ago, and last week noticed that I was losing pressure in the rear passenger tyre. Took to another local outlook that was closer as I thought I'd picked up a nail, or that the valve might be faulty. Was astounded to be notified - and shown - that I had "metal coming through on both rear tyres" and "the front tyres are on their way out too". All four need replacing - less than 18 months and 20,000km's. Have emailed Somerset Tyres & Mechanical to discuss, but have received no response to date. Vehicle is a 500 series Mercedes, driven very sedately by a 58yo driver. No rough driving or "hooning" involved. Have to say that I'm disappointed with what I was sold, which was clearly either incorrect for the vehicle or of very low quality - but also in the lack of response from a customer service perspective. Nobody expects $1,600 worth of tyres to need replacing in 18 months / 20,000 km's. Everybody would reasonably expect a response from the retailer, when brought to the retailer's attention.
