Matt from Mister Mint Hoopers Crossing centre was most outstanding in helping me fix the weirdest screw! He was extremely helpful and resolved my issue that wasted me 3 hours in the morning going to multiple phone shops. Can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend!

Came in to get a couple of keys cut and buy some key rings and orbits! Had a fantastic experience while chatting with Luke! He is amazing at dealing with customers, providing any extra information. He has excellent knowledge of the trade and is very professional.

Furthermore, he looks after the local community and has both very good trust and relationship with the locals.

I got a key programmed for my commodore it didn't work properly I thought ohhh here we go I called up he said I will call around and see if I can sort something out for you.
I tried a few things but they failed I called back
he said he can come out and sort the issue out with no extra cost.
That he done he came out after working all day fixed the problem in 5 minutes.
That's great service and honesty.
Will definitely return when I need a key cut or a car key reprogrammed.

Really great service & very nice person. My car keys with central locking system broken. Replaced with new keys with 1year guarantees. perfectly fits in better than original keys to be frankly. Same keys when asked in Toyota services they told $300+service charge200+GST= $550approx. Which he done for $60. Very Very nice person.

I got my key cut for a reasonable price and Matt came out to help me lubricate the lock on my motorbike. The new key worked flawlessly, better than the factory key, who would have thought?

I had visited previously and was just browsing through shoe polishes and had a chat. Matt demoed a quick sponge polish which was so easy to use and gives a lasting shine. I tested it on my motorbike boots through rain and stuff and it still retains its shine well.

If you are local to the area, want good service at reasonable prices, look no further. I'm sending mates your way too!

Amazing service! My Nan was locked out of her car and these guys repaired her immobilizer and made her a new one as well. They went above and beyond, even buying us coffee and engraving a beautiful keyring for my Nan free of charge. Absolutely wonderful! They were our heroes yesterday!!
