We have been coming to this store for years and we have had zero issues with the help and advice we have received. Naturally, weekends are going to be crazy busy so as customers, we need to have a bit of patience or shop during the week if your schedule permits Thank you George, once again, for your recommendations and advice on TVs. I recently purchased a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator from the The Good Guys at Hoppers Crossing, and I am absolutely in love with it! I love the sleek and modern design of the refrigerator. It fits perfectly into my kitchen and adds a touch of sophistication with its matte black color.
I was extremely impressed with Priyanka who helped me purchase the refrigerator and organized the timely delivery of it. She was also able to help me get a good deal and I would highly recommend Priyanka to anyone who is looking for a new refrigerator. She is a true asset to the store and I am grateful for her assistance.

Brendon was able to do a great deal for us on 3 appliances and even found a better option on one of them that we didn't know about.
Very happy with the customer service at this store, however there are very long wait times and queues at the counter, terrible wait times for phone calls, and limited parking for a store this size.

I bought 2 air conditioners, staff was professional and went out of their way to help me. It was great deal I got, I recommend Good Guys Hoppers Crossing to purchase your electronic goods. The only issues I had was the contractor they use for the air-condition installation. I would suggest Good Guys to not to recommend Ralcron as to contractor to any of your customers.

I want to give a 5-star positive review for Good Guys Hoppers Crossing. I experienced a bad installation problem, and after inspecting the unit, I noticed some minor damage.
When I went to the Good-Guys Hoppers Crossing location, the store manager- Parul, and her team were so helpful. They fixed the problem, compensated us for our troubles, and provided a legend of an installer—Peter from INSTALLMY.

Peter is an excellent installer, meticulous in his work, and ensures work is done to a high standard—five stars to Perul from Hoppers Crossing and five stars to Peter from INSTALLMY.

After disappointment at JBHifi store on old Geelong road, I decided to try my luck at Goodguys. I don't normally shop at goodguys. When I reached their store, I had the pleasure of being served by Amar during busy time (black Friday sale), and I must say, his level of service was truly outstanding. Despite the hustle and bustle, Amar remained calm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. His professionalism and friendly demeanour made my visit enjoyable, and I appreciate his dedication to delivering top-notch service even during peak hours.
Amar made all the efforts to work out best possible deal, Amar is a true asset to the team, and I highly recommend him for his fantastic service!

We were looking for a coffee machine and had a great experience dealing with Nicola. She was very nice, knowledgable, and took time to explain the different models we were interested. She was not pushy at all and gave us a great deal.

Went there yesterday to purchase a vacuum cleaner..the sales guy couldn't have been more helpful..he was absolutely amazing..there were other customers waiting for him and I was not rushed at all.

What a great experience from start to finish! Sammy greeted us and took us from fridges to washer and dryers, showing exceptional knowledge across all items, then over to phones where Parul was just as fabulous and knowledgeable. How refreshing it was to be served by Sammy and Parul. Then to the register where Callum was super friendly and approachable. My sister and I have nothing but great things to say. Fantastic experience every time, this is due to the professional and friendly service by floor staff.
Just recently I purchased a microwave and George from sales was a pleasure to deal with, I will return just because of him.
There is two things I'd like to see improved,

1- more floor staff as there is times you could wait a while to get service, however I completely understand how busy staff can be dealing with customers who take up a great portion of their time.

2- stock, most time I want to purchase an item but only to be told it's out of stock. Yet also with this I understand the high demand of certain products can cause this.

Great customer service, particularly Susan who was a fantastic help on both occasions when I bought a Dyson V11, Samsung tablet and a Breville sandwich maker. Store cash is a great incentive to buy from Good Guys and also provided extended warranty on the Dyson V11.

Best place in Hoppers Crossing or Werribee to buy electrical Goods, white goods, or anything to do with computers TVs etc. Excellent staff, always friendly and happy to help. Never pushy and I have always been happy with the best price options they offer. I always leave with a smile on my face.
