The Pavilions Peregian Springs

As "absent" landlords, we are so fortunate to have Troy & Jenni managing our rental property in the Pavilions, Peregian Springs. They have found "good" tenants; not focusing on maximising rental returns but instead finding tenants that will look after the property. They deal with issues promptly, whether using their own skills or engaging third parties. They are very familiar with the property & quickly note any changes, such as maintenance. We have always valued their "local" advice. These are extremely important attributes for someone managing your investment while you are "absent". Highly recommended.

I couldn’t recommend Troy and Jenni more highly. Before we even secured the property, Troy was very quick to respond and got us through the property to view it on the same day we contacted him. The move in process was really easy and any questions we’ve had during our tenancy have been promptly answered and any issues resolved. Both Troy and Jenni have gone above and beyond for us, including while I was quite pregnant and my partner was away and I couldn’t reach the fire alarm to turn it off 😂
We were sad to leave the area, but the move out process was met with just as much ease.

Troy and Jenni were pro-active throughout our tenancy, dealing with any issues as they arose promptly. The process of entering into and exiting the tenancy was seamless and efficient, as was the administration of all rental and bill payments. They are very easy to communicate with, always available and highly recommended.

Troy's knowledge of the market was exceptional. Troy worked closely with myself and my wife along with the purchaser and our tenant.

The pavilions are an amazing part of Peregian Springs. The gardens are well kept and Troy does a good job of managing the estate.

We want to thank Troy and Jenni for their assistance and professionalism during our stay at the Pavilions. The administrative side is easy and clear to understand and always seems very fair and transparent. We were welcomed to an exceptionally clean and well maintained house, always assisted along the way with any questions and queries, and felt at ease with any forms of communication. We had a few requests during our stay and it was great to know that these were heard and attended to promptly.
The house we stayed in is fantastic. Air conditioning works well and the tinted windows certainly are a must have. The neighbourhood is peaceful and a safe place for our kids to play around in. Certainly a very nice community feel.
The Rec Centre is an added bonus and we certainly recommend the coffees there and the pool.

Kathy and I have had our investment property in Peregian managed by Troy and Jenni McNeish since they started their Property Management business.
We have found them to be very attentive, proactive and cooperative at all times.
Their service feels personal and always professional as well. We have only ever had one minor issue with property damage and that was remedied very amicably so all parties maintained good will throughout.

Troy managed our property at the Pavilions for us and we found that he did an excellent job going beyond what was expected. So when it came time for us to sell it was a no brainer to ask him to sell it for us. His contacts and follow up are amazing and we sold before it was advertised, so happy.

I previously had my property managed through Troy and Jenni McNeish, and I decided to sell my property through them as well. Being my first house sale, the level of professionalism and high level of communication made the whole process a breeze. I have no regrets with retaining their services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

This review is for renting in the Pavilions. It is a great place to live with a friendly neighbourhood vibe and only a short walk to the shops and recreation facilities. The property management team are very helpful and were quick to respond when anything required their attention. The unit was as clean and presentable as could be when we moved in and we had no issues getting our bond back at end of lease. We really enjoyed our time there.

I am very impressed with the onsite management of The Pavilions by Jenni & Troy. I own a property in this establishment which was initially managed by Sunland group for the first 2 years & then they handed over to Troy & Jenni to continue management in June 2018. While Sunland was still good at managing their properties, Troy & Jenni have been amazing. They go above & beyond in managing all the properties on site, save landlords money in maintenance by doing small jobs themselves (at no extra cost), keeps tenants happy by attending to small issues promptly as they live on site, constantly look into property improvement & get competitive quotes for the complex as well as rent out properties with great turn around times/rental returns & minimal vacancies. They can also sell properties within the complex as they are liscenced real estate agents. In the 18 months that they've been managing my property, I have been exceptionally happy & although I live interstate, I feel kept up to date with their regular newsletter/email updates.
All this for the same price as a regular real estate agent. Highly recommend you use these guys to manage your property if you buy within this establishment.
