Very caring and knowledgeable staff! We are so lucky to have them here in Leopold.

Really had a great experience here at Direct Chemist Outlet Leopold. They helped us out of a tight spot after forgetting to bring some medication with us. My Dr. faxed them the required scripts and we were on our way in no time with everything we needed. All this whilst being extremely busy with lots of customers. Thanks everyone, you did an amazing job.

This store is not as busy as other pharmacies so you can shop easily and very time-saving. The staff were helpful as well. Will definitely revisit the store as needed.

WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY
I was concerned about finding a pharmacy that I could have a good relationship with, that offered home delivery but who’s shelves weren’t crammed with just way too many products that the large pharmacies have today.
Everything I was looking for, I found at Direct Pharmacy Leopold and more!
ALL of the staff from the pharmacist to those checking you out are incredibly friendly and a really nice bunch to say g’day to. Always ready with a smile and help whenever you need it.
Their product knowledge is wonderful and along with a great sense of humour, when I do have to go to the pharmacy, it’s always a great pleasure!
They have a great selection of items but their shelves aren’t crammed full of things that you don’t need or that really don’t belong in a pharmacy like the larger chains have. Don’t get me wrong, they do have a great selection of items but just not way too many to boggles the mind!
What they do have, is affordable, quality and everything from a to z of everything our bodies need!
Another awesome aspect is they offer AfterPay which is a great alternative to credit cards and if you’re not feeling too well or can’t make it to the pharmacy, have home delivery too.
Everything I was looking for, I found in Pharmacy Direct Leopold.

So, so happy with this pharmacy and in particular a gentleman named Peter. I asked him today for assistance with skincare/cosmetics and would a female staff member be available to help. He explained that he would be happy to help me out, and all i can saw is WOW!!!!!! He knew so much about cleansers and moisturisers for sensitive skin and his makeup knowledge was absolutely phenomenal. I walked in wanting a little bit of advice, and walked out with a bag full of goodies and already feeling a million dollars without even trying the products he recommended. I will be posting another review in a few weeks to let you know the results, but the moral of the story is this........Ladies, don't assume a discount pharmacy wont give you service, and in particular don't assume you need a female assistant to help as i was proven very wrong today. Peter was sensational, the best shopping experience i have had in years. Couldn't rate higher. 5 stars. Marion

Everyone here is always super helpful and friendly. I go to DCO a lot to get products that aren't stocked in most places and have always been really happy with their service. Nichola in particular is always super helpful and goes way out of her way to help me with what I'm after - even ordering in products they don't normally stock. What a legend!

Thanks to the wonderful staff that work there. To the new "African boy", you were extremely helpful and polite - well done, not easy being the new kid on the block and learning a new job. The girls are helpful and polite and even when they are busy you can always manage to find someone to help you. Well done everyone. Kate
