We were recommended to Gray's Property Services through another real estate company when we decided to rent out our property out. Cameron came and met us, recommended some minor renovations that should be complete to get the top weekly amount for rent. The house was rented within a week from Grays listing it on realestate.com and was a seamless transition.

We rented the property for 1 year with them, within that year were kept informed through very thorough updates and inspection photos of our property. Cameron would often call and check in to see how we were going.

We made the decision to sell our place after the year of renting and within Grays advertising it with realestate.com, we were under contract within a week. They organised everything for us and it was such an easy changeover.

Never pushed us to just drop the price to get it sold, changing the marketing focus instead and helping us subdivide. And the contractors he organised were prompt, professional and very affordable.
