I presented to The Richmond Dentist a year ago following an awful experience elsewhere which completely shattered my confidence to smile. Fast forward to today, I smile freely, confidently, and with genuine joy — and I owe it all to Dr Fady. It is so rare to come across a dentist who not only excels in his craft but also genuinely cares for his patients. Undergoing my smile makeover journey under his care was the best decision I ever made! My life has forever changed and I am eternally grateful.

I came to TRD after having a terrible experience with another dentist in terms
of her manner and approach, and the job she done on my teeth. I had paid a lot of money for composite veneers and was deeply unhappy with the results. Dr Chris has given me the results I originally expected and has just been fantastic to work with. He does amazing work to understand and meet the needs and expectations of patients, he will offer professional advice where needed and is always open to making changes and adjustments in such a professional and accepting manner.

I am admittedly very particular and fussy about my teeth and he has taken every suggestion seriously that I have put forward and given the work on my teeth utmost attention to detail.

I was terrified of the dentist for years after multiple negative experiences to the point that I asked the dentist who done my composite veneers to use anaesthesia because I was so jumpy and anxious, however working with Dr Chris has also changed my experience of being in the dental chair. My experience with TRD and Dr Chris has been second to none- I couldn’t recommend them more.

Dr Fady is amazing. He completed resin bonding for me 4 years ago to close the gap in my front teeth. I have never felt better or more confident. He truly cares about the patient experience and makes you feel comfortable to share what's bothering you and ensures he listens and then nails the brief. He is so gentle. I drive two hours from Shepparton to see him because he is that amazing! Thanks Dr Fady, you are the best!!!

From day 1, Dr. Fady and the team at The Richmond Dentist have been stellar. Always a pleasant experience from the moment I walk in to when I leave. The team get to know you from a personal level. If I didn't relocate to Sydney, Dr Fady would be my dentist for life!! Even after I moved, I made the journey back to Melbourne twice (totally worth it). I needed to finalise my Invisalign case, get resin bonding, and fitted for my retainers, all within a short window. They understood my circumstance and bended over backwards to accommodate. My smile is on point thanks to him and much love to the team for making me feel a home. My 2-yr journey is now complete, and I'm one happy guy with a killer smile. :)

I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for finding Dr Fady and the team. If you are after a dentist who will take his time, listen to every concern you have, do his work perfectly, and make you feel relaxed and respected, he is the one for you. I had veneer work completed overseas which was a horrible decision and left me looking distorted and in pain, but Dr Fady literally saved the day. I started my journey with the Richmond dentist in 2020 and throughout this time I’ve had fillings, cleaning, Invisaligns, gum lift and resin bonding - so you can say the whole lot! All the crew (from the front desk staff, dental assistants, dental hygienist to Dr Fady) are so professional, warm and welcoming each and every time. Dr Fady is so knowledgeable, patient and perfectionist so I knew I could trust him to do an amazing job from the get go. I want to thank Dr Fady for my teeth transformation. It would be hard to go through my photo albums and find many pictures with me smiling with my teeth showing. Now I can’t stop looking at my smile because I absolutely love them. As someone who has spent most of my life avoiding the dentist I was quite anxious about visiting Dr Fady, but I knew from seeing his previous work that it would be worth it for the amazing results he always delivers. Dr Fady could tell that I was quite tense throughout the process but he was very patient and even asked if there was anything he could do to help calm my nerves, which was very caring of him. I have just finished my treatment (teeth whitening and resin bonding on my two lateral incisors) and I am blown away by how natural and amazing my teeth look! It has given me so much more confidence and I couldn't be happier with the end result!! Wonderful experience with Dr Fady, I needed to redo my composite veneer and I am very picky about choosing the right dentist as final result really makes a different to overall look. I researched for quite sometime to find a dentist specialises in cosmetic dentistry and Dr Fady was then recommended by a friend who is also a dentist in Sydney and she has definitely referred me to the best tooth doctor in Melbourne :).
I had so many compliments about my newly refreshed teeth and they look so natural. I only wish I found Dr Chris and Resin infiltration sooner!! I’ve had a prominent white patch on one of my front teeth for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been so self conscious of it and even smiled in a way to cover it up. My usual dentist advised the only way to get rid of it was to drill a whole and fill it which I was not keen on doing, I’m so thankful k stumbled across Dr Chris’ Instagram page and enquired about the resin infiltration technique. The results are amazing and it was absolutely painless, all done within a 45 min appointment. It’s made the world of difference, thanks Dr Chris! I’ve now moved all of my dental appointments to the Richmond Dentist. Just book early as they get booked out really quickly.

I had my first appointment with Dr Chris Cajili today. His professional and informative manor put me at your ease from the moment I walked in. Visiting the dentist is usually a nervous occasion but this visit was calm and pain free.
