I was feeling anxious about going and getting a fitting for my first breast prosthetics and new bras. The moment I walked in to Tracey G at Maroochydore, with my partner I felt so comfortable. I was welcomed with a friendly staff member. She was wonderful picked out everything I needed an the prices of the garments are reasonable.

From my first enquiry to the Maroochydore store to my visit there today I was so impressed by their first rate customer service. I spoke to Marilyn by phone and she also ended up assisting me when I came into the store. I went home feeling like "a new woman" and I'm only sorry that it took me this long to visit the store! I will be back soon to revisit your beautiful lingerie range.. Thank you ladies for your professional and empathetic service. I was pleasantly surprised that they handled all aspects of my post surgery needs, including knowledge of and help with the available financial assistance. When I said that I would like to give feedback via google reviews etc they were even kind enough to mention a special offer in regard to this. Many, many thanks and I can't recommend Tracey G Maroochydore highly enough.

I had two ladies serve me, as they were very busy and I wanted to look around. They were both excellent, and knew all about their large range of bra's and other lingerie. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a store with a large range, and need assistance. Will definitely be going back.

Kris was amazing. Showing me many different bras and swimmers. Great range for ladies with bigger cup sizes and smaller backs. Highly recommend them.

Tracey G is an amazing experience. Tracey Grills remembered me from 2019, and knew exactly which bra would suit me, from memory, and it only cost $39.95. I am amazed that the whole experience only took 20 minutes, even with a high degree of difficulty fitting me, and I am able to wear a bra that fits for the first time in 4 months, since I snapped my bicep tendon. Thankyou Tracey. You're the best. I am so grateful 🙏

Just when I thought I hit the jackpot with my new bra, Tracey Grills suggested a black Valletta (singlet bra). So I ordered it. It's great.
I feel really grateful to have comfort as well as lift.
It's 90% modal with 10% elastic, for the built-in shelf bra. I love modal. It's so soft, breathable, and natural; derived from wood, so sustainable. It feels wonderful. Thankyou Tracey.

This shop has been my go to place for a long time now. The staff are super friendly and have experience in fitting your garment if you need help. Their bra's/ underware sets are so feminine in every size you could imagine.They have a wide range of items including bathers.

I was referred to Tracey G in Maroochydore by another bra store which did not stock bras in my size. I was attended to by Jackie within seconds of walking into the store. She was very pleasant, helpful and knows her stuff. She didn't even need to measure me to know what size bra l required. I needed help during the fitting and Jackie was so professional l felt comfortable without the awkwardness which l normally feel in such situations. As l live in Victoria l will have to order online for more bras (I bought 3 whilst in store) as there aren't any Tracey G stores down here and l was impressed enough with their service to trust l will receive products which meet my needs.

Tracey & staff made me completely at home whilst I was there getting prosthesis fitted and purchasing swimwear to suit my new body. Tracey made it a fun outing and so helpful it was incredible. After sales service has been spot on as well. If only all businesses had customer service as their main focus they too would find everything else sells itself. Tracey and her team are absolutely amazing! They make you feel super comfortable no matter the reason for you shopping there. As a very large chested woman, I can confidently say that this is THE place to go. I have purchased maternity bras, swimwear (which they altered to fit me at 30weeks pregnant) and have now purchased 2 new bras to fit my postpartum body (I could not find anything in my unique size anywhere). I recommend Tracey to every large chested woman (pregnant or not) and will continue to do so!
