Pharmacist was to the point and helpful. Didn’t have lots of chat but I wanted competence and professionalism. Got that in spades. Other staff are very friendly. Good place to go.

Excellent community pharmacy. I have consistently found pharmacists and assisting staff to be professional, helpful, and focused on building relationships to provide the best possible service. Highly recommend.

Great pharmacy, I’ve been going here for more than a decade and always found staff to be helpful, informed and efficient. It’s important to me we support our local community pharmacy which is an important contributor to the local economy in Clifton Hill. If we don’t support small businesses such as Clifton Hill Pharmacy we’ll be drowning in an impersonal and disinterested ruthless franchiser and I don’t think that’s the best outcome for customers and patients who come to know and rely on their local pharmacy

After struggling to find a covid vaccine provider I was able to take in my father who was quite hesitant. Not only did they welcome us in, but they took extra care of my dad to make sure he was comfortable and feeling ok. He also commented on how great his experience was and that he was happy to go back see them again for any boosters. Thank you Clifton hill pharmacy! You have such caring attentive staff and have created a safe and inclusive space especially for those who are elderly and not fluent in English. We will definitely be back.

I'm writing this review because I can't believe some of the negative reviews here. I've been going to this pharmacy since 2013. This is a good pharmacy staffed by normal people, I promise you! There is nothing unusual about it! Sure, they may not have the exaggerated friendliness of McDonald's, but they tell me everything I need to know about a medication and all that necessary stuff.

I recently visited Clifton Hill and was served by Olivia. It was a lovely interaction and I appreciated being served in such a pleasant environment! She was incredibly helpful and attentive, and made sure my needs were met. Thank you to Olivia and the Clifton Hill Pharmacy team :)

I've been coming to this Pharmacy for many many years and the Pharmacist and Staff are always helpful and friendly.
During Covid last year they were very busy and still their service and politeness never changed.
Nice friendly Community Pharmacy that treats everyone with respect no matter who you are or what problems you have.

I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to take the time out to express my appreciation for Clifton hill pharmacy.
After my mother had a reaction to some medications in the past, she was worried a similar thing may happen again.

The young male pharmacist went out of their way to explain anything and everything they could to give my mum the piece of mind, as well as acting extremely professional and friendly.

I've been coming to this Pharmacy for about 8 years now. And every time, Ive had nothing but excellent and friendly customer service. Some medications I am on need to be ordered in from seperate supplier and the pharmacist has made it his own personal mission to see that its ordered on time and delivered to me every week.
This is very helpful as I have stopped driving in my old age. The floor staff are always happy to have a chat and ask about my day and are never to busy to assist me. Thanks Clifton Hill Pharmacy!!!!!!

I've always found the Pharmacist and staff in the pharmacy to be very helpful and friendly.
To read the negative comments about meaningless things like wanting to return a used deodorant to a price of a product because it's apparently expensive is meaningless at the moment.
The staff are working so hard in the Frontline at this horrible time, so instead of complaining about things, give them a pat on the back for being there away from their family and helping the community.

The best pharmacy I have dealt with so far.
The pharmacist is great, always helpful and professional. Not just dealing with the script but the pharmacist actually sincerely care each customer. Also other staff super lovely and helpful. Best pharmacy.

A few days ago I visited Clifton Hill pharmacy. I was served by Olivia. She was extremely helpful and her smile brought a happy ambience to the store. At the time she was working with Katarina who was also lovely. The 2 of them are such a good pair at the Tils. I will definitely be visiting again.

It's so rare to come across a pharmacy that knows you by name and not just another number. The pharmacists here are so knowledgeable and attentive. Thanks Paul and the team for all your hard work in these trying times! Highly recommend 👌

This is sn excellent pharmacy. Everybody is good in this place however for me I really like the expertise, friendliness and customer service of all the pharmacists. Customer service and good advice works for me everytime. I highly recommended this chemist.
