Having moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast and having rented for about twenty months it was time to buy my own home. I knew I would need some assistance to buy a home. Particularly as I had not purchased a house before and was relatively new to the Sunshine Coast. We contacted Dave for help with sourcing a new home. He was so friendly and knowledgeable right from start. He was straight to work putting feelers out for us to all his connections. We found a home we loved which was going to auction. We tried to secure it before auction, however the owners wanted to proceed. Leading up to the auction there was lots of work behind the scenes from Dave which took some pressure off us. Discussions with the real estate agent and us. His communication was great. Always keeping us in the loop. On the day of the auction he was cool, calm and collected. He gave us the knowledge to bid confidently and we won, paying less than we had anticipated.
