I have attended New Horizons for Health over the past 15 years and have always been very happy with my experiences and feel that my best interests is always a top priority. I'm very pleased that I'm lucky enough to have a great doctor and excellent staff at hand.. I highly recommend this practice!

It's my first visit to this medical center....All the staff members were very helpful... special thanks to Dr Louise..she is very very calming and considerate.

A stress free experience. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. My procedure (blood test) was performed efficiently and with light hearted conversation to make it completely stress free. No one likes to go to the doctor, but when you have to, I can thoroughly reccomend New Horizons for Health.

I’ve been going to New Horizons for a couple of years now. All the staff are so friendly and understanding. Today I had a severely clogged up ear. It was incredibly painfull and wouldn’t have lasted till after the long weekend to be seen to. They not only took me in late in the day , and Despite it taking a lot longer to clear all the gunk from the ear, all the staff happily stayed back after close time , till the process was complete. This definitely saved a lot of pain and a potential trip to the hospital over the weekend.
This, and every other time there, Dr Ron, Dr Louise and the team have been incredibly helpful. I can’t thank them enough.

If have been attending New Horizons for over a year now. They are the most amazing Drs I have ever been too. All the staff are super friendly and helpful be it over the phone or face to face.

I’m so glad we found the New Horizon medical centre Port Douglas QLD .
Dr Liz is the best Dr I’ve been seen by in years . She is caring and thorough and no question is too silly .
Also the reception girls are delightful and Gaby one of the nurses is caring and gentle .

I have been using the services of this clinic for more than 10 years. Excellent experienced professional team. Very attentive individual approach to treatment. Treatment uses mostly natural drugs aimed at restoring health. Very respectful attitude towards the needs of each client.

Our caring supportive doctor is Liz Stringer. She is always ready to listen and then steer us in the right direction.

The doctor was professional, ie, kind, considerate, thorough, and knowledgeable. The reception staff are respectful, cheerful and helpful.
In fact, New Horizons has been supporting me for the last 20 years. Dr Ron in particular has helped me thorough difficult situations and more recently his assistant and Drs Liz and Louise. The reception staff have always been exceptional as has the Nurse Practitioner Gabrielle. The doctor I mentioned was a locum.

Been seeing Louise since they opened Dr Louise always been the only dr for me. Empathetic, knowledgeable , easy to talk to. Also girls on reception are great

Dr Ron is very calm, patient and genuine in the way he helps people. He struck me as an unusually kind person and as one who is prepared to thoroughly discuss and explain treatments. Also, despite the fact that he’s obviously thought deeply and a great deal over many years about his craft, he is completely free of any trace of the hubris evident in some professionals. The practice is helpful and delivers a very low red tape service. It’s a good service.

Top notch care, by top notch doctors and nurses in a peaceful, serene and holistic setting. You are greeted with smiling and caring staff at the front desk, and leave feeling well taken care of. I've lived in town for 14 years, and have always used New Horizons for Health. The WHOLE TEAM is extremely professional, and I can highly recommend every aspect of care that they offer.

The reception team and doctors at this surgery have always treated me and my concerns with the upmost professionalism and I'm very grateful for their pleasant experience. I have been a patient here for a number of years and consistently been well looked after. Thank you to everyone there.

Gabby’s instructions were clear and detailed.
Very satisfied with my consultation as always.
