Kim, the physiotherapist is attentive, gentle when asked, and very thorough.
My family see a selected few doctors there and when you find the right one for you, it is reassuring.
Very happy with such dedicated and caring professionals.

I have been to this Medical Centre many times in the last 3 years. I have seen Physio Dr. Dae-Sung Kim, I have left very happy after every session. Kind, calming, friendly & very professional. I had a problem with my hands & with the treatment I received there is no more pain. Thank you

First time at this medical centre and was absolutely impressed. Lots of area in waiting room, friendly and efficient staff, Dr Ignatius was punctual, extremely professional and polite. Also used the x-ray services after my GP consult and the staff there were super friendly. Highly pleased and recommended.

We were seen promptly when we arrived at 7am. The doctor was respectful, thorough and child-friendly. We needed another appointment a few days later and we were able to book a time with the same doctor.

Today, I unfortunately had to seek medical attention at Modbury Medical Centre.. Greeted by a lovely receptionist named Dani. I was in pain, tired and sad. From the moment I spoke to her she showed compassion, care, empathy and kindness. I witnessed her interaction with other patients, always patient and pleasant, even the rude and arrogant ones.Nothing too much trouble, (I approached her many times with various queries) and she helped me so much.
So I would like to again commend her for fantastic service excellence and making an unpleasant time more bearable. Credit where credit due Love your work Danielle

Great service all round. Polite and helpful customer service - not overly officious like at some other places. The doctor was caring respectful helpful, listening and very profesjonalitet. I will come back if I need to.

I been visiting the centre for many years. Reception staff very pleasant and professional, my g.p. I've been seeing for a few years I find him great and understanding, never rushes a visit. The practice is close allways spotless and I can get an appointment within 24hrs

Had an awesome experience today. The lovely lady at the front desk managed to squeeze me in to see one of the friendly doctors. Was told I'd have to wait, as they were booked out, but 20 minutes later I was walking....well hobbling out the door after seeing the doctor. Thanks team, great job.

A brilliant service with exceptional turnaround from booking to appointment - in with GP five minutes after arriving. Excellent medical staff.

After visiting two other Physios with a back complaint and having no improvement. I contacted the Medical Centre and was given an appointment to see Kim, with his knowledge and experience my back is now 100%. Would Recommend Kim to anyone.

I was able to get in quickly to see a doctor and also had other tests done very promptly in the same visit. Everyone was friendly and professional and overall it was a very good experience.

I Was very happy with the welcome I received from the reception staff upon arrival and also with the consult with Dr Oyugbo, also the receptionist at Lumus Imaging was also very efficient and most pleasant. Will certainly recommend this practise to any person who asks, Overall was very impressed

I and other family members have been patients of this medical centre for many, many years. I personally have found the service to be very good. The reception staff are professional, polite, caring and friendly. They at times work under extreme pressure especially during Covid19 and have done a remarkable job!!! The Doctor's,Nursing Staff and Lumus Imaging have been excellent in attending to my needs. Also the Care Plan Team have been proactive in assisting me with support from Dietian, Psychology and at present working with a Fantastic Physiotherapist who is assisting me with rehabilitation of a complete knee replacement. He has been life saving!!! I have at times endured a long wait to see a doctor and have heard many others complain. I would like to respond by saying in the end you get to see a doctor, you are diagnosed, provided with treatment and in most cases bulked billed!!! Please take a moment before complaining for a little time delay you still see the Doctor!!! My appreciation goes to all the staff and Medical/Professional & Allied Health workers at the North East Medical & Dental Centre for a Great Job!! Thanks David R.

It was my first time seeing a doctor here. My usual doctors surgery was booked out but I wasn’t able to wait a week or more to see my doctor. I made an appointment and the whole process was quick and easy especially considering I was a new patient. The doctor I saw was kind and listened to me. I was very happy with the whole process. Will go again

Holiday time so had to make a booking and saw Dr. PAPPS. He is great, rang Modbury Hospital to get X-rays before they closed and then rang next day, a Sunday, to give results.
