A big thank you to Carol for her continuing great customer service for over 10 years now. Just stayed in room 201 at Oceans, and it is so central and is so roomy with the 3 bedrooms. It was great. Just a little sad that the private spa no longer works, and hasn’t for the last few visits.

Vanessa at G1 Property gave me the most efficient service and professionalism. She made my bond return and process a breeze and answered my calls anytime going through the process. Anyone looking for a rental I would highly recommend Vanessa as your #1 Property agent in the Sunshine Coast. Immaculate service and communication was on point! Stayed with in-laws at Pago Pago, great apartment in excellent location, definitely recommend for families who want to enjoy a beautiful outlook and convenient, yet quiet location.

Do not book with this company. The property my partner and I stayed in was amazing. However the property manager was incredibly rude to my partner when collecting keys and after leaving the residence I was informed my $500 bond would be taken. When I enquired why, the only answer I received was that one box of rubbish had been left out and the sheets were wet. I explained that the rubbish shoot was out of order and that sheets need to be cleaned for new guests so how could that justify taking my $500 bond. The manager then asked how old I was. I asked what that has to do with anything, to which she replied that I am acting like a child and proceeded to hang up on me. Very unprofessional and such a disappointing end to a nice weekend.

Cleaners still in our apartment when we arrived, had to go away for an hour. Keys didn't work when we came back. Couldn't use rooftop BBQ as it hadn't been cleaned in years. Broken glass on rooftop. Bathroom sink took minutes to drain. No apologies or offer for compensation from GQ property. Won't use them again.

Complete lack of communication between staff and customers. Plus if you are advertising an executive style property it should meet certain expectations. We had a hole in the bottom of the bath from previous residents... windows cracked... fishing knife found lying on lawn... and swimming pool gates not meeting general regulations. Disappointing.

Disgraceful, bait and switch from Stayz which is not updated so you waste time on an enquiry missing out on other properties that may be available on other sites.
Increased price by 50% over Stayz quote.
Check out reviews on trip advisor and avoid like the plague.

Don't stay here anyone. Great location but a terrible run down place horrid carpets furniture kitchen. We check out other apartments close by that were five star by comparison for the same price.
