We’ve just listed for rent at Stewart Property a house bought from Vicki 18 months ago.
The process has been smooth and very well explained. We’re new to the rental market so really appreciate being ‘taken by the hand’.

It’s been only 4 days and their team has kept us updated on viewings, feedback and applications almost to the minute! I’m so impressed, I’ve never imagined having so much attention to detail to our property.

I just bought my first property through Stewart Property and as expected it was great. Vicki is one of the most respected agents on the Sunshine Coast, I've only ever heard good things about her work ethic, professionalism and commitment to her vendors.

I have been dealing with Stewart Property for the last 10 years.
I have purchased two homes, sold one home, currently have another house for sale listed with Stewart Property, and Stewart Property also manage our rental property.

Agree Jaymi-lee, not only finding a place but received bond back almost immediately unlike other agencies that took weeks and added hidden fees which Stewert property even informed me was illegal and unethical

Dishonest kick young mum and son out over $200 which i could have paid had my number all why she was on holiday. Then put the rent up $80 a week these PM like this are the cause of the rental crisis Discusting.

Worst real estate I have ever rented through, extremely poor communication, they never wanted to return phone calls or emails, the property manager never wanted to deal with us directly and we always had to deal with someone else.
I will never rent with them again!!!!!!!!!
I will not rate them as they do not deserve a rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really bad experience, really disappointed with their manager, Jennifer Anderson. She is rude and unproffesional, don’t want to talk with tenant any more after lease ending. just let you pay unreasonable bills. You will loose a lot with them.
